Awesome store and very helpful staff!

Kathy at the lumber desk was very helpful and looked all over to find a ladder that was on sale. She went above and beyond. Kaylie at the checkout was very helpful as well. We have several Home Depot Stores in Pensacola, and this one I prefer the most. I shop at this location whenever possible. Thank You.

Andrew, Christian, Daniel, Danelle, Heather, Jackie, Karen and Terri have all knocked it out of the park with customer service as far as my store visits go. There's also other employees that are awesome but I haven't learned their names yet. Heather especially needs a pat on the back for the past 3 weeks working with me on the mess of an order we had. Adam the store manager was also very friendly and helpful when he learned of how bad the situation was. The store isn't the problem, the operating systems are. Also corporate put some $ into my store 6932 as it needs an update on the inside where more inventory needs to be added like how they've put $ into Davis Hwy and ( Mile Road stores.

I needed a bulb to be ordered for my air purifier.The last bulb lasted over 3 years.Customer service was very efficient in placing the order.

Karen in returns helped me in a huge way. I had a serious problem with an online order and she made it right.

The service in appliance section has been refreshing. Lots of help no pressure..

I came in the store to order a hood vent, I found Jimbo and he took care of everything. He had a great personality and sense of humor. When my order can in he stopped what he was doing and helped me get my hood vent loaded up. It was a pleasure dealing with Jimbo and I will find him when I come back.

I went shopping for things that are really out of my comfort range. Cotter pin for a grill, fencing etc. The staff was so helpful and polite. Good experience!

Intent of my visit was to purchase 5/6 items to complete my garden, interested in tomato plants. Herbs in good shape, peppers almost as in good shape. However, the entire Bonnie Bell tomato plant section appeared as follows; All plants potted well, watered as well. Then somehow, they were taken to the Sahara Desert and left to bake in the sun for 2-3 days then arrived and were placed on your shelving. I could barely find one, no matter what type, that appeared to have life within

My heating element burned out on old washer and dryer so I needed one Pronto for my beauty salon. Salesman Jimbo found the right ones at the right price...also good friend with my sister in law and enjoyed talking with him.

I went in to get a new washer, I had someone greet me at the door and he was so nice and then when I went to appliances, I had 2 associates greet me and I was in an out in 15 minutes with my washer delivery set and Extremely helpful woman to assist me today

If management would take more of an interest in their employees and care more about their well being they would want to work more, try harder to make Home Depot their store. Home Depot gives no more turkeys at Thanksgiving, no Christmas parties with prizes and catered food, no incentives to be happy about working for the store. They need to care more.
