Chris has been helping me for about six years and has several qualities that you identify with a very good employee: Chris is very respectful to everyone and courteous. A major quality is that he listens to every word that describes a customer’s needs. This sounds simple but not everyone accurately describes what is needed, and he asks questions to determine the best choice for a customer. In this case it was an electrical box to be mounted below the ceiling level. Chris is polite and LISTENS to what is needed and then using his knowledge of the inventory provides a suggestion on what to purchase to help a customer who is not sure of what he wants. This resulted in a better solution to the problem. I think Chris with his positive attitude would be the type of individual you would want to train your employees nationally. Friendly associates, good stock on gardening products, and generally clean and floors free of debris or hazards.

Both Chris (Electrical) and Sol (Pro Desk) behaved in a friendly, yet professional manner. Both came up with ideas and did research to assist me. I enjoy shopping in an environment where the people actually cared about helping someone. These two deserve raises.

Clean and well stocked. Associate Chris in electrical and cashier Bill were amazing. The love their job and it showed. We love this Home Depot.

We always go to Home Depot for all of our home improvement needs. The employees are friendly and helpful and your prices are very reasonable and competitive.

I spent alot of time trying to match a color of paint I wanted, finally I was about to give up but instead I spoke to Fate (? Spelling) he went so far above and beyond to match my paint color I was speechless....... I got customer service above and beyond any I have ever experienced in a very long time. Toss in the two energetic young carrots and I scored big time.

I have shopped this store for ~15 years and it has consistently offered a variety of products, is organized with ease of finding things and clean. The staff has helped me at times finding another product that is similar if what I came for isn't there and with figuring out how to do a DIY project. Lastly, there is a manager there by the name of Una that is found to be helpful, professional and approachable and always takes the time to make us feel appreciated. Check it out if you're ever in the neighborhood :)
