I received the order. It was a quick but I open the box. It was damaged on the air compressor bad I did return it right away. Plus I did pay $35 shipping.

Excellent job! Tim helped me pick the correct garbage disposal. Tim even gave me tips on how to replace the disposal. I greatly appreciate the advice. Thank you

We just moved here from Washington State and are remodeling our home. Everyone we have met there has been super helpful and nice. We make sure we shop here before anywhere else.

The two older men in the garden department were so kind and helpful. There were actually two younger men who also helped. One of them gave me his trolley so I could load bricks, and then he helped me transfer everything. Later he pushed it to the cashier for me while I went to look for chicken wire. The other gentleman had the younger man assist me getting my two very full carts to an express check out, after I returned to the garden department, but the cash register was closed. Then he walked all the way back to the far end of the garden department to price check when the register rang something up too high. The younger man (2 men) then helped me get it to my car and load it into my car. Thank you, all of you.

We had a hard time finding anyone to help us

I was using an electric scooter and couldn’t go down some of the aisles because of so much product in the aisles. There were a lot of associates orange aprons on but seemed to busy socializing rather than helping customers. However the cashier was amazing and kind

I can usually find whatever I'm looking for at the "Depot". In fact I feel like it's my second home. When it comes to buying plants in the garden center, It's a crap shoot. I have had about a 50% chance that the plant I buy will survive. But the return policy is awesome and if the plant dies, I get either a refund or store credit. Can't beat that!

I have been a home owner since 1983. I have been shopping at this Home Depot for 5 years, in total about 42 years. I cannot remember having a bad experience during that time. I am a lifer with Home Depot.

The Items return for parts or quality concerns has always been cordial and satisfactory lets hope my latest parts failure request is handled like always.

I had some outstanding service today when buying new ceiling fans. Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He got a cart & took the fans to checkout & then to my car.

I appreciate how the staff are always cordial, polite, and professional. The store always looks well kept. My kids and I go there sometimes just to walk around and see all of the great items that are in the store.

Ordering all that is needed went while. But the delivery has been a nightmare. Four different deliveries for the four ideas ordered. Still waiting on two ideas. The vanity is being delivered buy a third party. I don’t have a date on that yet.

Un happy . Half the time I get my military discount .

I went to buy some drano for my sink. The bottle I took to cashier must have been separated from the 2-pack it was to be sold from. The manager, Brook, was very short with the cashier. Basically walked over with no urgency, said we can't sell it. It's a 2 pack and walked away. Never making eye contact with me or seeing if there was anything they could do for my inconvenience. If he'd offer to walk back to shelf and get me something else or even another bottle I would have purchased it. His customer service was horrible! I walked out without buying anything for my sink.

went to self-check out and had a cashier come and take over scanning from me without me asking for help and when the receipt came out incomplete " missing the bottom part where it has the payment total and method of payment etc." she handed me the receipt and she did nothing to correct it, so what is your job? and why are you not trained on basic cashiering skills??

I had returns and the person made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one as he was opening unopened product staying policy. Well your policy does not make this professional feel good coming to your store

We had help with our project (highly recommend Mark Vicari if you have any questions), were helped by many clerks with awesome, friendly, can do attitudes. When the clerk did need help, the manager came quickly and took over our problem immediately to follow up and resolve it on Monday. Sounds silly but THE CLEANEST BATHROOM we have ever run into at a HOME DEPOT - Thank you for that!!! Great job to the store management - obviously doing something right with these happy employees and we would drive back up there to use this Home Depot again!

I purchased a wet/dry Ryobi 18 volt vacuum and I have to say this thing is really nice. It has great power and with the attachments it is great for my camper and truck. Love this small compact vacuum.

I am so happy that the paint I had to have matched from small chip of paint and it was a perfect match.
