The main sisle is so crowded with merchandise that it is only one lane. If you meet anouther cart someone has to pull into a side aisle.

Hone Depot and their delivery company Temco Logistics delayed my appliance order for a month. Neither company tried to compensate me for the delay in the delivery nor the delay in my house rebuilding project. Don't ask for delivery on any order. If you can't pick up in store, go buy somewhere else.

Aisles are so clogged with items you can’t get past anyone. No new feature products same thing every year unless your looking for a drone. Lumber aisles clogged. Went to garden center to get a basic garbage can and couldn’t get to them.

As an avid shopper of home improvement stores, Peoria Home Depot is at the top of the list. All associates are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure I have what I need. Chris the assistant store manager, Mark and Miguel in lumber and Karen and Adrian at the front end have continually left a positive impression of what great customer service should be. Much appreciated!

I highly recommend doing business at Home Depot and especially working with Steve and the millwork department at the Peoria, Illinois location! He takes pride in his role and is very thorough in servicing his customers! I wish I could find other employees at other establishments willing to go to these lengths, for their client!

I have to admit a few years back I was in the Peoria Illinois store and couldn’t find help. I started going back a couple years ago and realized something has changed for the better . I come to your store now and buy most of my needs in the store. Thank you.

Bought this a few weeks ago. Everything was first class. They were very accommodating. Dealt with manager was very polite and treated me very fairly. Would definitely buy again from these guys again. Probably on new refrigerator.

I went to the Peoria ill. Home Depot to purchase a Miliwaukee M12 circular saw bundle which included what they call the Starter kit and free bare tool. Upon arrival I found they had the circular saw but no starter kit which consisted of 2 batteries and a charger. The salesman looked for a good while but couldn’t find one even though it said they had 3 in inventory. The bottom line is I left with bare tool only . He said he talked to the manager but no luck. It would have been nice if they would have at least offered the batteries to me at that price as I had a charger at home but they didn’t. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

No customer service. Employees were laughing and stated I would have to wait for that guy in the department to get off of break. Tried to get some help ordering some cabinets, employees were rude and would roll their eyes and continue conversations with other employees and customers.

Clean and organized store. Love that they welcome my golden retriever. He loves walking the isles and being greeted. The store usually has what I’m looking for and help is usually only an isle away. Will be building a new deck this fall and Home Depot will be my prime source.
