Avoid if you can. Constantly looks like a hurricane ran through the store. The only thing that makes it worse is the rude staff

I owe a BIG thank you to the employees and manager of the store, at Oregon branch, that went the extra mile to retrieve a bag of supply that I left in the cart, in cart's coral. From the girl at the cashier, whom Iapproched first, claiming that I left the bag at her post, to her supervisor, who ran around endlessly, trying to find a clue about where the bag is, and finally to the manager , who found the bag , tracing my movement, from the moment I left the cashier to the moment I drove away. Turn out, I return the cart to the coral with my bag. Thanks to the awareness of the employee, collecting the carts, my bag was 'rescued'. Thank You to all the employees involved. Daniel Har-el.

the store is short on electric supply. 14-2 romex w/g. 50 ' no ! plastic 2g nw and 2g ow boxes. short.

The employees are very helpful and friendly. I was helped by Rob from MET. He was very helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help me pick a grill.

Know what you need and a back up product incase they dont have it. Having the product inventory ID or pic of what youre looking for will help the associate locate what youre looking for. Store is clean but just like on the roads watch out for others. Staff is nice and helpful, if you get a bad one, ask the next associate you see.

Self check cashier at self checkout on 4/18/21 around 1pm was very polite and helpful. I didn’t get chance to get her name but she is always helpful and good customer service everytime I come!

Nasty and lazy associates through out the store ...

It’s difficult to locate an employee to assist you if you have a question. The shelves are mostly empty. There is often a long line to checkout and then you have to wait in line again to leave because a security guard must scribble on your receipt. That feels like Home Depot automatically assumes their customers stole something and the customers have to prove otherwise.

Salesman readily available

The store is very neat and clean to be that size and to that much stock

Being a salesperson is a very important position (when you're properly trained). Checking out was a breeze but the associates need to follow through. Customer service on this particular day was not up to par, Public service & customer service skills should be taken with pride. Afterall, when a customer enters a store, the associate job is to be very attentive , service with pride & quality service determine if there would be any future visits. An associate is the "ambassador" for the store name it stands behind. We all are dealing with COVID pandemic, but I still go to work (in a hospital) & do my job with attentiveness, pride & awareness. I was so disappointed that I had to remind myself, some is in this for the monetary reward & others are in it for the satisfaction of knowing they've helped someone. I feel customer service needs to be in place on a regular, because going to purchase a simple productor even a truckload of equipment ,can be a better experience if a friendly environment is provided

Staff was courteous and helpful

Needed to purchase a washer and dryer. The store was neat and organized and the associate that helped us was amazing. Danny's knowledge and professionalism was incredible. The store is well staffed and everyone spoke to us as we went thru the aisles, which made for a positive shopping experience.

Today was a good day at the Home Depot l found the product that I was looking for the associates at the store were friendly and helpful I was in and out with no problem to report clean store also.
