There is NEVER anyone around to answer questions. It comes across as Home Depot not caring whether we shop there or not.

The person in paint department had no training because it was his first hour to work at home depot. He went got another worker that wasn't happy he was pulled away from his job assignment to help me. Sold the wrong size of paint, because they didn't know the paint department. I am out of paint to finish project and not happy.

Checking out was not a pleasant. The lady in charge of checking me out was not interested in being helpful, no smiles no greetings and chatting with her colleague. She did do her job with huge indifference and lacking any customer service. A real shame!

HD fumbled my delivery thus no delivery satisfaction, you dropped the ball and made me pay for your mistake. As a result I will let everyone in my circle and beyond know how you fumbled my delivery and I had to pay for your mistake.

This store always amazes me. So many big box and Company stores never offer assistance and you often have to go find somebody. This store has a wonderful Cadre of well-trained and knowledgeable people always there to offer help unsolicitedly. If every store in our country will run like the people who run this store do.. we have an entirely different Retail Landscape on our hands in america. It's everything you want in a consumer experience.

This store has the retirees working who know their stuff and take time for you. Great experience every time I go. I live closer to two other stores like this, but I drive to this particular store for the expertise and service.

Put them together and you have a “number 2”. To the attendant: Passive aggressive personality disorder combined with unprofessional behavior is not a winning combination. Find your calling. Customer Service ain’t it. It’s a toss up between the manager’s inappropriate attire - tight fuzzy yellow casual pants and top - and her unprofessional flippant attitude. Nah, both were equally offensive.

I shop there all the time. Just for home maintenance, projects, etc

This store is pretty exceptional!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. They go above and beyond for their customers. I don't usually have to wait long to check out either.

The Poinsetta sale was wonderful and has played a huge role in our Christmas Decorations Thanks so much! we will look for this deal again next year

This is a well run store. It has the products of a large store but the customer service of a small one. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

Make sure u get several quotes for the above. Big price variation. Ms Earl in this department is a big help. She’s always there w a smile. Willing to help. Bali/Levelor’s sales lately have been 40-50% off. I saved big ordering from HD. They installed my blinds & did a good job. I am very happy & just ordered more!

I tried to return some defective zip ties, but because i was able to use some ( 50%would not work ) they said I could not return the item.

I don’t live in Houston, but if I happen to be in Houston visiting family or friends in the Greenspoint area, and they need a hardware item, the location near the 610 and 59 interchange is my “GoTo” Home Depot. I needed to purchase AC filters, and as soon as I walked in an employee saw me and asked if I needed help. Yes! Need help finding AC filters. She said Aisle 12. Got my filter. Paid at staffed register and I was on my way!

This location has really gone downhill in terms of customer service over the years – it is difficult to find someone who knows anything about their products as well as having someone other then me checkout. Today was another example. I went in the store on the way to work to get a product called Spray and Forget – it used to be in the roofing section but now it is not. I log into Home Depot with my phone, and their website tells me there are three jugs on Aisle 40, Bay 9 (the paint department). I walk to the other side of the store but there is none there, nor a slot with a tag saying it was supposed to be there, but there is a lot of things for stripping paint. There was a worker on this aisle dusting bottles and cans (seriously) in the shelves, and I asked her to help me. I received a mumbled reply I could barely understand but the gist of it was I would have to talk to the guy working behind the paint counter. There were four people in line looking very frustrated waiting for paint to be mixed. I am all for decreasing costs to help out the bottom line but this is ridiculous. It is not my first time to have the website say something was in a particular location and it is not, and it is not the first time I have experienced employees who don’t seem to care nor do they know where inventory is located.

There seem to be fewer and fewer employees. Most of the self-checkout is closed without 2 cashiers working. Check out time takes longer and longer. Other than that, this store is usually neat, clean, and well-stocked. Good season selection.

The employee Daiveon and his coworkers had the worse customer service I have ever witnessed. He was rude, and allowed me to wait for several minutes before he even acknowledged me and the other guests! He looked like he was angry at the world! I would NEVER shop there again!!!!

Joey and Randisha from Garden Center provided me with the best customer service. They are extremely nice and helpful. Definitely come back and shop at this HD again. Thank you!

I just bought a pallet of concrete in this store and the loader has no skills to talk to customers talking to me like he doing me a favor after he took to long to load me the pallet has nerve to come and talk down to me

went to purchase a big job box for an employees truck. couldnt get any help with taking it up front or loading in in the truck. another customer ended up helping me. too many kids with poor attitudes. even the older employees gave me attitude when asked for help.

I called and visited several Home depots before finding one that could help me rekey my lock. the employees at the Pin Oak location were so kind and helpful! Gary did a great job rekeying my lock with the added treat of showing and explaining the process. I enjoyed my visit! Everyone was helpful and had smiles on their faces.

Excellent customer service through-out the store. From the returns guy helping with my return on down to the cashier helping at check out. Happy

Stock was what the app said it was. Friendly efficient staff. They haven't moved stuff around in awhile, so I can find things in same place every visit. Staff communicating, they move people around to keep lines short.

The Houston area did not have the garage door opener I was looking for however this location had one left and David Curtis was able to assist me with it. Thank you!

Very bad customer service at this location. I have many bad experience here. The cashiers here have some problem, it seems they are not happy to work here as they always show their attitude, never say thank you for shopping and very unhelpful if we have any question. One lady even yelled at me who 8.5 months pregnant. I was shopping alone and needed her help for my purchased. She was so rude and when I told her that I was not happy with her customer service, she yelled at me in front of a lot of people. I called the customer service to asked for talking to the manager but they did not let me. They never reach out to me and ignore my voice. I’m so upset and disappointed!

We were in great need of several different kinds of light bulbs and were overwhelmed by the different choices. "Coach" Jerry sorted out our needs and helped us find what we needed.

My mother and I received outstanding customer service from Trey in the Lumber Department. I came in with so many questions. He spent over an hour helping us. He has the patience of Job in the Bible. He took down materials from the shelves so we could make some comparison. He helped us with the SKU numbers so I could submit an order online. I also received great service from Richard . He helped us with door frames. He provided me with his card to help out with an order. This was my first visit at this location. I will be coming back again. Super customer service at the Pin Oak loction
