to me this is the best store

Many people at the customer service desk are NOT proactively helpful and just not customer friendly. Only when you ask for a manger do you get simple seevice.

These people were well prepped to help with us in flood recovery.. the prices were good and the selection was just fine. There were plenty of knowledgeable associates staffing the store which made getting in and out a lot quicker.

Store was open after Harvey. Lumber assistant and cashier Elsy made the trip worthwhile.

For some reason, they are always missing the items I need. A poor inventory control of its products. Their employees are hard to find for assistance and many have a bad attitude when you ask for help. i am finding myself driving farther to go to Lowes for itmes.

Aaron in plumbing is terrific! Knowledgeable, sensible, efficient, he quickly finds exactly what you need, offering different options where applicable.

very good store

Store always seems busy but it is never crowded and getting in and out is a breeze. Usually don't need much help finding anything but when I do, someone can always point me in the right direction.

The employees at Home Depot #0566 Houston are extremely helpful. Unlike their competition they were eager to help us even up to closing time. Victor let his fellow employee know that we were there and waiting for his assistance. While the other employee was waiting on a customer, Victor found the product we needed and made our transaction easy and fun. As we left the department two other employees asked if we needed help then assisted us out of the store as it has closed by the time we finished. They were extremely friendly and kind. They told us that they were the night shift and were there to do restocking. The store was nice and clean and we are very pleased with the overall service.

Need cleaning or household supplies, and don't want to fight the crowds at Walmart or Target? Then come here. Home Depot has the same high quality, name-brand cleaning products; in stock, and often on sale. There are also plenty of cashiers or self-check out options available, and/or plenty of staff available to assist. This is my go-to place to stock up on all of my house cleaning and lawn supplies!

I shop at home depot about 10 or more times a week, the employees at pinoak homedepot pro desk are very helpful and knowledgeable with my needs and purchases. John geer was very helpful with purchases today.

This is the best location in town!! The staff at the Pin Oak location is so knowledgeable and are actually waiting to help you! No more chasing an employee around the store trying to catch their eye or waiting for them to finish a conversation with a friend about the weekend. Prices are good and stock is more than sufficient. But the best thing is the staff. I hate to go to these big stores and have to walk 10 miles looking for what I need. This trip was a breeze!!!

My over all experience at this store is great. However I am finding at all the HD stores the lack of prices being posted on items. The price helps me determine what I will by and how much I will buy. Having to hunt down the price is a waste of my time and doesn't make me happy. I feel if you wanted to sell the items bad enough you would price it... If its not priced then you must not want to sell it that bad... JMHO

The customer service was very good. The store was clean and well organized. All sales associates were professional, friendly, and very helpful. There is a good variety of products and the store was well stocked. I can always depend on them having what I need if it's sold out somewhere else. There is a nice ethnic balance in the store that made me feel comfortable about the diversity of Home Depot. Diversity is very important to me.

good location-friendly helpers

I went to the Home Depot on Shepherd and 610 looking for specific tiles that the website said the store had limited quantity of. I couldn't find them, so I asked an associate where I could find them. He just said "I guess we don't have them". He didn't even try to look. We were in the area of the Pin Oak store the following day, so the website said they had them too. We stopped and we couldn't find them. I asked Joshua if they had them. He looked them up and did some research and was so helpful. He found that they had just arrived the day before and he thought they may still be on a truck. He asked the department head, Mark, and together they found the tiles!! They were both so so helpful and they even got us a cart to put the tiles in. Fantastic customer service! They were friendly and determined to find them. Good job!

Great experience in finding out information about a product, and then placing an order for the product. The Home Depot Associate was very helpful.

Shelby and Maurice provided exceptional customer service during my visit to pick up fencing items. They wanted to be sure I got everything I needed and loaded in my car safely. They are assets to Home Depot.
