Easy to find products, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean store, and easy and quick checkout. Definitely would return back here for more future home improvement purchases.

The people are really helpful.they help Me to place my new tool chest on the truck the only thing i would like to seee is more tool chest in the store soo people can get a better idea of what they buying online .

I returned a product that I bought online and it turns out the product is not what I want. Then I returned it to this store. It's very convenient that I can return to any Home Depot store. The return is very quick.

Great Location

The advertised price hardly matches the cash register price in this store. Beware, if you are not checking while the cashier is scanning it you may be paying more. The associates not friendly at all except one or two at the returns counter.

I order a lot online since I have limited mobility. The online pickup staff are so helpful and patient and the model employee of the store is 'Prince' . He is sooo knowledgeable and helpful that I cannot stop complimenting him. You need to interact with him and his colleagues to understand what an extraordinary person he is!!!

Employees are friendly and there when you need them. Cashier greet you and also help you with no problem.

I feel the store is very well organized. The staff is usually helpful, curtous, and fun!

I ordered online in the evening and they got my order ready in 30 minutes and had me in and out of the store in five. Very good.

I was very please with my visit today. Home depot have excellent employees with great customer service skills. The product I was looking for I was unable to find it and the gentlemen that help me out today was very knowledgeable about the product. He also explain to me on how to use it because I was not familiar with it. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a home improvement store I would give your store name and location first. The store was very clean and all the product was very much visible. Thanks again for making my experience great!

Store had sufficient people around. Had to find someone to help me with bumpers for my toilet seats; he was a guy from lumber, and very nice. Not sufficient help for light bulbs. I suggest regular seminars for light bulbs.

Wonderful experience! Joey help us find everything we need in multiple areas of the store. Nicole made sure the check out went smoothly and we did not leave anything behind. I purchased a bird feeder and left it on the counter' Nichole ran out into the parking lot to give it to me. Everyone had smiles on their faces today.

The store was clean I had no problems finding my way around and the employees were very helpful.

Store was very neat and clean. I was helped immediately upon my arrival, the cashier was friendly and very pleasant. Demond in Electrical provided me with fast and convenient service. I enjoyed my shopping experience and plan on coming to this location in the future.

Friendly and fast checkout!!

I like it

More attention needs to be paid to helping customers load up their purchases. The entrance into the loading area is still blocked and no employee is on duty to open the fence/gate if you approach in your vehicle. Customers (sometimes) help other customers to load heavy and awkward items into their vehicles while Home Depot employees stand by idly and watch. Carts and shopping baskets are not properly cleared from the parking lot and they take up much needed parking spaces as this store is still very busy after Hurricane Harvey.

Leo was a big help on my visit to the store.

Really nice store

Love this store and the customer service staff! It is close to my house, well stocked and the staff is always attentive and courteous. We had an issue with my order and availability. Ms. Nausha did a product search, located the needed items and made sure they were delivered to my satisfaction. Thank You Home Depot!
