After waiting 10 minutes for some help in the cleaning aisle, aisle 51, I found a random employee and asked them to page someone to provide assistance. They paged for aisle 51 and 53, but the employee went to aisle 53 and never came to help me. I waited 25 minutes for someone to show up, then left the store when I realized no one was coming. I won't ever be shopping here again. Extremely poor customer service.

My old blower broke so I went in to buy this Ryobi Blower. It works great after cutting my lawn. I love shopping at Home Depot!

I had a problem and also an item I needed. Every employee, from the stock person on the floor to the Store Manager went out of their way to help me.

The last time in, I needed help three times. Home run every time.

when a Manager refers to another employee as [Colored girl] kind of puts a sour spinn on things

The returns and persons at the returns are always a pleasure and help me immensely.

I love shopping at Home Depot. There’s a lot of interesting things there. The prices are great too. People are very friendly and very warm and comforting.

You need to lower your costs while the economy is so bad

I shop in TB area HD at least 3 times a week. Location #0289 is my favorite location. Of course I worked there before Covid for 5 years. Still, it is the best with the South Tampa location the next best in my opinion. I would like to see more items in the automotive section even if they are seasonal or "special" buys.

I’ve had difficulty at this branch before getting adequate service. This time was a phone transaction gone amok. After being transferred 6 times I finalky got an employee on the phone who took my payment. Holding my breath to see if items arrive properly. Never using this store again.

I love the 0289 Pinellas store. Always such friendly Store Employees. Paint manager and lady always so very helpful and the checkout girl is wonderfully friendly despite her vision handicapp. Kudos!

Today was a wonderful experience. The staff in the paint department were quick and helpful. Katherine, the cashier, was extremely kind and personable.

We have a new boat and needed all sorts of supplies. All the employees were so helpful in finding our products.

Steven went above and beyond by engaging in friendly conversation while helping us check out and showed genuine interest. In a time where customer service can be lacking, we appreciate the positive experience!

My local Home Depot showed my item as two in stock, but it was wrong. (Probably because of thieving shoplifters). Found that another location also showed some in stock, but I called first to have an employee verify that it was there before I drove over to the Pinellas Park store. Got great help on the phone and the item was set aside for me. It's nice to know that you can still get human help, even in a big box store! Thanks.

Employees make the customer experience. Regardless of the department there is someone who can answer your question. Seams like years of experience is on staff all the time.
