The store was well organized and the associates were very helpful.

We frequent this location quite often for a variety of items. We are big DIY people and find the merchandise easy to find and of good quality. This visit was specific to outdoor gardening where we bought approximately 25 plants and bushes as well as 16 bags of mulch. Very happy to know the one year guarantee exists if a plant does not survive.

Good store, nice and organized, good prices. Beats going to Lowe's. A little hard to find an associate, but that's fine, because it beats getting harassed by associates constantly.

As a single woman and home owner, Home Depot is my "Go To" store for things that I need for my home. I need to go to a store where the Associates are patient, will answer my questions about what I need to purchase, and will provide explanation, if needed. I always find this at Home Depot such that even if I am not near a Home Depot, I make the effort to drive there because of the service.

The store was generally quite clean. I was able to locate and purchase the items I was looking for within a matter of a few minutes after I entered the store. The cashier was very polite and friendly.

This store had an excellent choice of light fixtures to choose from. The Huntersville store did not have what I was looking for which is why I shopped here.

The store associate was very helpful and went out of her way to help me get the components I needed for shelves to organize my closet. She spent time and cut the shelving to the dimensions I needed. She walked me to the checkout to let the cashier know which pieces I needed to purchase and which ones I brought with me as samples. It was the 4th of July and the store was grilling hot dogs that they offered customers for free! I got great service and a free lunch! :)

It is always a pleasure visiting the Home Depot Store in Plineville, NC. The personnel/staff are very friendly, and extremely helpful, particular when I look bewildered in locating my items. They are very knowledgeable, resourceful, and conclude every sale with questions regarding my satisfaction, and if I was able to locate the items that I was purchasing. This store is always clean, and can certainly be used as a model for excellent customer service. Please note that I would highly recommend HOME DEPOT to all my neighbors and family members for their great products, and customer service.

We have recently visited this location several times in the last few weeks and every visit has been a tremendous success. The sales associates have been very helpful and customer service has been wonderful. I would highly recommend this location. We have purchased a couple major appliances in the last few weeks and from purchase to delivery we have been very pleased.

I always shop at Home Depot for household products. They offer a very good variety with great prices!

I dislike plumbing jobs but hate paying the rate plumbers charge even more. Having a leaky faucet in the shower for 6 mos., my wife finally got to the point where she could not shut it off completely, even though with patience and perseverance I could. I reluctantly shut off the main water supply and removed the leaking stem, just knowing this was the beginning of a long and arduous job that might take all day. My 15 minute quick jobs have always turned into nightmares. I arrived at my Home Depot and was directed immediately directed to the plumbing dept. An employee was assisting another customer, but was free to greet and help me within a few minutes. Victor was obviously experienced in the plumbing trade and was able to locate my needed parts in about 5 minutes. He gave me great advice on how to do the job, what to check and look for. I came home and upon checking as he had told me, I realized the little plastic seat in the package, that I would have dismissed and omitted using, was in fact gone from the stem receiver. Never would have stopped the leak if I had not been told by Victor what to look for and just what the little plastic ring in the package was for. Kudos to Victor and My Home Depot.

After buying a plant (oleanders) that we found out wasn't good for children or pets due to its poisonous nature, I went back to the HD to find some replacements. Barbara, Autumn, and Kristin were AWESOME! They took the time to listen to my situation and take into account various factors such as, sun light, size of the flowerbeds, Kid/pet friendly, etc. They even looked at a photo I had taken of the area and suggested plants that meet the above issues as well as from an aesthetic design element. Now we have a beautiful front yard garden with no risk of killing anyone. Once again these 3 ladies were very knowledgable and seemed to enjoy educating me. Great job! I've always viewed HD as a the "contractors" big box store where if you didn't know what you were doing you were probably better off going somewhere else. These ladies really changed my opinion and I believe in their "You can do it! We can help!" slogan now!

I needed 24 bags mulch and the associate was quick to help. He pulled the pallet full of mulch around right to the back of my pickup and unloaded bags directly on to my truck. I was in and out of the store quickly, got exactly what I needed at a great price. It was a very low effort experience.

This Home Depot store has always been my first choice to shop for my home and garden needs. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Products are easy to find and associates are always willing to assist customers.

The associate at the paint section provided everything I needed to make an informed decision.

The guys at the tool rental place were friendly, quick and responsive. They helped me load up what i needed and helped me unload when i got back. Great prices, friendly service, and they have everything you could need!

Denise in the appliance department answered all my questions, helped me find and consider the use/value of different products, and made my final selection/purchase easy. Can't wait for the delivery of my new fridge, range and dishwasher!

I am in store often. I was in a hurry today. Steven, ( name could be wrong. Seemed to be lumber dept head) He was very helpful in assisting in loading and expiditing my trip to the store. He knew what and where store product was. He offered to help. Got me loaded quickly, seemed to care on quality of lumber product picked out ! Good customer service skills. Nice guy. Well done !

I went in just to get a roll of duct tape. I found several other things that I wasn't looking for but suited the projects that I was working. The staff was easily able to tell me about the specs of the new items which helped me to know if they would work with my new project.
