Cashier Chelsea was very friendly and efficient

Alexis and Emilee went above and beyond to help me out with a product that I ordered on line.The shipment never arrived and was lost somewhere,so I stopped in to the store to see if I could get some help and find out what was going on with my order. they both went above and beyond to help me out even contacted customer service and had them put a stop order on the last shipment. They also provided me with additional options for a battery that was not shipped during the order I would definitely recommend visiting this store and will go out of my way too, continue shopping at this location. Great customer service, and I am highly satisfied with my experience. it was great to be able to visit the store and come up with a solution on the same occasion. They were even able to provide me with the option so I could have my battery tonight to use with my newly purchased tool that was purchased online. Thank you so much for great customer service and going out of your way to help me out.

The cashier rang me up for the wrong product, and the manager was Willing to resolve the issue without it being inconvenient to the customer

The staff at this home depot are very helpful and knowledgeable. I come here even though it is a longer distance from my nearest home repair store because I know the staff will be helpful.

I went to purchase a gas grill and the first associate I encountered was Eric. The grill was not on display so after seeing the system showing 5 in stock he kept looking until he found one and help me remove a side tray to fit it in my car. Other associates were courteous and helpful too.

I've been to this Pineville location a couple of times lately and their customer service has been great.

Tyler, Cedric, Dee, Myara, Nicole and Luis are all awesome at their jobs! After receiving subpar care at another store, these employees just renewed our faith in customer service! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, they treated us like we were the most important people in the place.

Petra is a wonderful employee of the Pineville Home Depot Store. Her warm and friend smile as well as her knowledge of the products is great! She made my shopping experience one to remember.

On this day, I visited Home Depot Garden Center, had a A++ experience. The employees were pleasant, approachable, professional and warm. All 4 employees were great. Two of their names are Charles and Dee of store #3601. The service level is 10 out of 10!

Everyone is so friendly

I was looking for PVC materials. Could not find. Ran into Julie on one side of store. She greeted me and asked if I needed help. I did. She looked up on her lil device. Then guided me ALL the way across the store to the location. Very attentive. Helpful. Was a pleasant experience.

Went to Lowe’s to have keys/key fob made in the key department. Spent almost 30 minutes trying to get help before leaving. Ended up traveling about an hour to Home Depot and got the help I needed the moment I walked into the store. Great experience.

The customer service that I received from store representative named Teresa was great. She assisted me with my issue in checking out to insure that everything was correct. I appreciate that very much.

The way I like it. I know the store and find what I am looking for quickly. All the employees I interact with are helpful. Quick to help me find what I am looking for with the hand held computer. I always appreciate it when an employee is willing to learn something new themselves!

There doesn't seem to be any attention to addressing customers when they need help, and when you get help they are rude, slow, and unknowledgeable.

100% Recommended, the people are very nice and always try to solve your issues.

If you have a problem go to customer service and ask for “ MAYRA “ she rocks! I could not find my card and she made sure I was able to make my purchase immediately and get on back to the job site great job thanks again! loyal Home Depot customer now…..
