I found what I wanted to purchase easily. I will ALWAYS turn off the creepy Halloween creatures like the Grim Reeper. I do not like to be assaulted by junk like that on my way to the cashier. Those should be displayed in a place where you have a choice to have them scare you. If i had had my kids along they would have been freaked out and while some may find this funny...I do not. So just beware parents to take a very alternate way to the cashiers if you have small children who do not like creepy creatures demanding their soul and jumping at them.

Enjoyable Visit - wish I had more money to spend there

The associate In the carpet dept. was very helpful and friendly. His name was Steve. He remembered us from an earlier visit. Very nice and professional. The cashier was distracted, trying to wait on several customers at once, and didn't even say thank you for our $2180.00 carpet purchase. Underwhelming.

Jeff Reicherts and Mitch A were extremely helpful in the building department with my project. Jeff helped me make decisions on materials and then cut my wood to the required specifications- wonderful! He then carried everything to my car and actually helped me with another project which I would not have thought of if he had not suggested a solution. Over all great experience in the store as well as with Jeff. Thank you again!

Everyone was helpful with helping find what I needed in every department that I went to. They helped me with my decision on what I needed and were so very friendly. Associates are knowledgeable and if they do not know they find someone who does.

The associate that helped me (MXD275, woman with accent in appliances), was so helpful, patiently checked to see if the item I needed was in stock, and when it wasn't asked management if I could purchase the store model. She was so helpful. Awesome employee.

All store associates were very friendly and helpful! We were attending an in-store workshop and had lots of help finding the materials and learning additional skills from the associates. We will definitely be back!

Seth helped me load my cart and my car since I am recovering from surgery. He was polite, helpful, and very willing to help. I could not have made my purchase without his help and really appreciated his help. Rossi was an excellent clerk and helped me at the checkout. She was very polite and helped me with the larger items.

We recently bought new home that needed quite a bit of cosmetic updating and this was our TO GO TO store. I appreciate how easy it is for me, someone unfamiliar with any hardware store, to find just what I needed. There is one older gentleman who is extremely helpful there (my husband talked with him often, I only saw him on occasion) and appears to be totally honest in his answers. He really helped us find the exact water heater we needed for our larger family. Home Depot literally was the key in helping us remodel our home and I am so grateful to them!

I have had bad experiences in the past in this store and was hesitant to shop here but needed plumbing for my well that went out. I had to visit the store three times in a week since once I bought the wrong well pump. The store associates and clerks were so very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was so totally impressed. I walked into the plumbing area and within minutes I had an associate asking if I needed help. I had a picture of my well the 2nd time. The associate was not as knowledgeable so he called someone who was. That associate even, thru the picture, was able to tell me additional things I would need. He was so great that I was relieved and so very happy to shop there. I will be returning to the Home Depot in Plainwell for my needs from now on. Thank you all!

I purchased a really cool mailbox online from home depot.com, and decided to customize it. They had everything that I needed, from paint to numbers.

I had been in the store a few times before hand and knew what I wanted. Everyone was very helpful from the cashier to the young man that helped me put a grill in my truck. Really went quite nice

I needed just a few items, one of which was a gallon of paint. The associate(Eric) who helped me was very friendly and professional and had me out the door quickly. They were also doing a hot dog cookout in front of the store, a nice holiday bonus for the customers.

The store is a good place to shop and has good prices and availability. My problem with Home Depot Corporate is that the company only accepts actual military ID for service discount verification. I served in the USAF for 4 years and have my veteran's status noted on my drivers license as I do not have my military ID any more. If my DD214 is good enough for the State of MI, then why will Home Depot not accept it as proof.

Home Depot is always stocked with everything I need, easy to find, and close to my home. It's my favorite place to shop!!

We walked in to purchase a new washing machine. While looking the sale associate walked up and wanted to know if she could help and was very helpful. We purchased the washing machine and was on our way in no time.

The stoe was clean, had good lighting. The associate was vey helpful.
