the staff here was really helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. ive never had a bad experience at this location and of the three in my area, i prefer to go to this location.

Our experience was very nice. We needed to find water sprayer's for a hose, and associate was very helpful in helping us. He took us to the exact location of the product.

I love that home depot has everything I look for and is always very clean. I also like that the service is very nice there as well.

I get up in the morning and the toliet is running. Its the flapper valve. I know where I can get a replacement. I go outside the sprinkler is leaking. I know where I can get plastic fitings. I go to my car in the garaage. The light bulb is out.I know where to get a replacement. Home Depot is the answer to all my needs.

I go to HOME Depot for a variety of items I have 100% confidence that the items will be in the store and it will have a reasonable pric. I it is not in stock I inquire about it's availability. Most time the item will be in stock latter or Home Depot may order it. I find that HD is very reliable.

Their doors were advertized at a loss. HD honored the prices. I am thrilled. The store, service, quality, and prices were the best.

I spend alot of time in Home Depot so I know my way around. But I ALWAYS see home owners and especially women wandering the isles in a daze. Lowes does a much better job and guiding people to the products they are looking for.

Found beautiful knock out roses at a great price. They are in the ground and tonight I am returning for two more plants.

I have shopped at Home Depot for many years because of the personalized service I receive at each visit to the store. The staff is always very helpful. In addition, Santa Clause works at the store where I shop.

The Plano Home Depot I shop at has among the best crew of any I have visited. You can usually tell by the number of contractors early in the morning. I plumbing especially, they have two guys that are just about perfect.

I could have wasted my money and time if the plumbing expert had not helped me. What could have been expensive and several trips was one trip and inexpensive Experts are great!

I was looking for a hard-to-find product and had failed to find same at Sears or Lowes (closer to my home than Home Depot), but Home Depot not only had the product, it had two (2) different versions from which to choose - what more can a shopper want ?

We live by a Home Depot in Richardson. However, we only shop at the Plano store. We've never had a bad experience. And the Garden Center rocks!

The product was called "Restore" deck and cement surfaces. The product is very dense, and needs more than the setnadardd mixing time in the paindt dept.

Each time I come into Home Depot I'm greeting by at least two associates who are ready and willing to help me. Even when I have an item to return, the associate is very friendly. I'm never given a hard time with a return and the process is very easy and doesn't take much time.

Where we shop for things needed for our home and garden. We do not go anywhere else...this is our store for what we need.
