If you are in the market for a new deck design or are updating an existing structure, take the time to meet with Carl Smith. He was a lifesaver for our summer project and really took the time to make sure we had all the correct items needed for a composite deck and Westbury railing system. He gave us the courage and peace of mind that we were ordering the right things and not missing others.

Store was clean; employees were very helpful, courteous and professional!

Clean store well stocked friendly staff

I just moved here and went to a different national chain locally. After being frustrated at that store by unhelpful staff, I went to Home Depot. The staff here were professional and helpful. Clean, well organized store and superior staff.

If you are have questions about paint and color matching - I highly recommend working with Mary in the paint department! She is wonderful-

Looked for help for over 20 mins then when I received help felt like I was bugging the associate. They did not have what I was looking for, then I was overcharged for the substatution lumber that I bought. Very unhelpful.

Plymouth Home Depot genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The help was amazing even as I pushed my 2 microwaves upon a cart staff still asked if I needed any thing, or more help. The store was clean.

I found the items I was looking for. I was looking for glue gel and was assisted in finding the correct item on the shelf...the product packaging was changed and that was explained to me by the associate that helped me. The store was clean and well organized.

Our dishwasher broke. We went to Home Depot in Plymouth, MN and Sue in appliances was very informative and helpful. The process of deciding and purchasing went smoothly.

I came in for a quick couple items and was accosted by a salse person trying to sell me a heater., wouldn't take no for an answer. Um, I think I know whehter I wan tto buy a heater today. why the hard sell home depot?

Bob and Mary in paint were EXCELLENT in helping with our paint needs. Rex is always our go to with questions!!!!

Mary in blinds department was very helpful, kind and efficient. She cut some blinds for me.

Steve in Flooring was excellent, he is very knowledgeable.

I used this store for a simple repair of a tool that was purchased from Home Depot and under warranty. I encourage customers to find alternative stores for repairs if possible as the store doesn't seem to have the bandwidth to do this well in this season, unfortunately. I was told the repair would take a month or so, or I'd receive communication if longer. After two months and inquiring myself, I learned the tool was sent to Chicago for repair but was expected back within a week. A manager offered to expedite the shipment, which I appreciated. But now another month later, it still isn't ready. I learned the tool is in Arizona and not expected back for another few weeks. At this point I wish the store would just replace the tool. Had I known the process would take this long and be this confusing, I would've found another way to repair the tool.

We built a large deck this summer. I worked with Michelle Lund at the Pro Desk. I can't say enough great things about her and her outstanding customer service and knowledge! The Plymouth Home Depot is by far one of the best in the area!!

This is the second time that I have been provided excellent assistance by Mark in a plumbing project. I am not in my comfort zone with plumbing and don't bring a lot of knowledge to the table. One project was basic - changing out a faucet and one required some creative problem solving. Mark iterated with me and provided some very out of the box solutions and I left the store with several options to try. I didn't feel rushed and didn't feel talked down to. He really thought about what I was trying to do and his knowledge is evident.

Employees are almost always available for help and advice. Particularly, Steve in Flooring has vast knowledge and experience in flooring and is more than willing to share it.
