I love this Home Depot and would’ve given it a 5 but I’m tired of being confronted by roaming Home Depot associates trying to sell me a furnace or A/C. It’s every time I go in, sometimes even twice in one day if I forgot something. It’s getting annoying and I may even have to reconsider my 4 star rating if it continues.

Always has been a great shopping atmosphere for me. Great, friendly people with a sense of humor. Granted this is the closest store to me but I have gone elsewhere when more convenient... still, this Plymouth store is my favorite..!!

This is the only home improvement store I will shop at. Employees are always friendly and helpful, and I always find just what I was looking for.

A HUGE shout out to Toly & Cory at the Rental Counter at the Plymouth Home Depot on Highway 6 & 494. Both beyond helpful and courteous today (8/11/18). Highly recommend you work with these two professionals for your tool & truck rental needs. John Cochran

If your a veteran, you may or may not get your discount depending on the check out lane. If you need lumber cut, it may not be cut at a 90 degree. If you need service you may have to hunt someone down.

Clean store but if you're expecting friendly, helpful employees, don't shop at this location. You'll have to hunt an employee down & then good luck getting them to help you find what you're looking for. Three employees hanging out together in the ceiling fans acted like I was pulling teeth when I asked if one of them could answer my questions in picking out the right size ceiling fans for rooms in my new house. I could go on from just this one visit. I'll drive a little farther to shop at Menards from now on.

The Plymouth store is well managed, clean and employees are overall very well informed in their product areas. Customer service seems to be a priority as I've had great assistance with complex remodeling orders. The store manager is very hands-on and is available if needed by staff or customers. Product quality is very good and I like the sales and promotions in the garden area. When I had a problem with a carpet order, it was handled quickly, exceeding our satisfaction.

The staff is always friendly, the store is neat and I never have a problem getting all my questions answered. I have been shopping at this store for a long time and will continue. Great place to go if you are looking for tool boxes.

This store has some serious customer service issues. From now on I will be going to the Eden Prairie Store. The difference is service is night and day.

repair service very bad, need more customer relations training . your employees that im not their customer and they represent the owners and stock holders . they directely represent u owners when the y deal with customer and how u feel about us . sum it up. im not the employees customer im yours and they directly reflect how u feel towards me as a customer .

This is a particularly nice Home Depot; the helpers here tend to look for you, and look you in the eye, with a smile on their face, rather than have to be found as they walk the aisles.

Tried to order a grill online to take advantage of their offer for free delivery (from ad: FREE DELIVERY ON ALL GRILLS PURCHASED ONLINE). Apparently the one grill I wanted was not eligible for this. I used the online chat feature to ask about this, and the rep could not provide a concrete answer as to why this was the case. Went to the store - which was not too fr away - to buy the grill. The employees were great, and they got me in and out in no time. For ease and convenience, I had just hoped to take advantage of the stated offer.

This is our third time of ordering and installing carpet from this store. Steve was exceptional in his customer service and each installation was on time and complete without rework.

The staff, especially Kathy and my cashier, Anne, were very helpful and willing to assit me. At other home improvement stores, often times the employees act as if they are uninterested or too busy to assist. It was refreshing to find that the Plymouth Home Depot is different. Thank you!

The building desk is very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We worked with them, and our contractor, on a deck order and they were great. Experienced and patient as we worked through design and color choices.

The store has everything one needs to build and/or remodel a home, excellent landscaping materials and healthy plants, not dead and dried up. The store is stocked completely from light bulbs, lawn tractors, detergent, insect ane vomit control products, to toilet paper on the lavatory. The store has everything need around the home, apartment ,and farm. Products were easy accessible.associates were on the move making themselves easy to find.

Bob in the paint department is the BEST! He was able to find and match paint colors for me from 2003 using just a partial name and paint code, saved me a TON of repainting by allowing me to just touch up a small repaired area.

This store carries more products in inventory and its store staff are helpful and friendly to work with.

this store has a variety of products to choose from and it has plenty of helpful / friendly associates to work with, I bet you'll find whatever what are looking for in a much shorter time in comparison to other similar stores.
