I usually do my Home Depot’s order’s online with my Home Depot card and have them delivered to me because I live a half hour away from the store but sometimes I like to visit the garden shop and every time they are really nice and helpful! Thanks

The woman at desk in appliances section was very helpful and informative. She deserves a raise!

We shop at this retailer HD once in a while. Like most HD they don’t greet you as you come through the door at the Gardening. They don’t have enough workers in the isles to assist you. You have to go up n down each isle then they will radio for someone to help you in that section you need help with. And that usually takes 10-15 minutes to get someone to help you

delivery is the worst. they missed 3 boxes. never say when the date or time of delivery would be . lot of messages from HD but nothing specific about delivery.and payments. Where is the credit card ?itnever arrived !

The young lady in Hime and Gardens and the young man Kewayne were great help. She explained the pro rewards and how we can earn more benefits shopping at Home Depot. I never knew !! She was great!!

I did notice that as I was searching for my items, there were group of anywhere from 2-5 employees in several different departments, and most of them on their cell phones. When I asked the employee in garden where to look for one of my products, she directed me to other side of the store, when I got there, I question one employee who had no idea, but pointed me in the direction of another employee and he walked me clear to where I was before, but none of what I needed was there.

Could not find any help in the store. Where are all the employees? Driving forklifts around. Why are they not helping customers first? Then when I asked the person on the forklift I got a look of I don’t have time for this. Very frustrating so I left the store.

I went to the store to get some wood for a project. I ask Jason Miller D-21 to assist me and with great pleasure he answered, yes, no problem! He took the time to go with me to select the different items that I needed, help me select the best one, place them in my cart and answer all my question with a smile. Never rushing me but always attentive to what was my next question or request. That is what I call excellence when it comes to customer service. He is an amazing asset to your store and to your company! Recognize what is your best asset! He should be part of management! As a retired bank manager I see great potential for your company. Please, take the time to recognize him and he surely deserves a raise!

Am I met two guys in the paint section last night that we’re doing some stocking they said they unload trucks so extremely knowledgeable. We talked about vinyl decking, electrical, plumbing what I did for a living and help me pick out some texture. Two super guys can’t remember their names, but I will certainly look for them next time.

Cashier treated my wife and I like we were thieves. Completely unwarranted and senseless. The store manager was awesome.

This Home Depot had good parking. I went in and purchased what was needed without any issues. The cashier was friendly and the shopping experience was pleasant.

I purchase a Ryobi blower, and Juan was absolutely amazing. He took the time to address my concerns, took the time to provide additional options and was very kind and polite throughout the whole process. It's great to see how much knowledge he had, and he shared it with me. I'm glad he assisted me and most certainly I will continue to recommend home depot because a customer service like that, is worth to share it the rest of the world! Thanks Juan!

Arlene is very attentive and helpful. She properly explained to me how to fill out the warranty of my product. And she explained to me how to navigate in the application. Super satisfied.
