Katrina Taylor who works in flooring/tile is the go to for assistance . She made my experience so easy. I was remodeling my bathroom at my condo and she worked with me for two hours picking all the items I needed. Her service was impeccable! Thank you Kat. I'll be back down in February to have my master bathroom remodeled and will need you again. :)

I realize many shopping experiences can be different, but Brita the store manager, was outstanding. She and her employees are understandably busy but were willing to help; in fact, they went above and beyond their duties to assist with a specific problem. Be patient and you will usually get your issues resolved.

I like shopping at Home Depot especially because the employees will offer guidance how to do something you are working on. And often if you tell them what you are doing, they show you a simplest way. And because many of them have experience in the building trades, they direct you to the correct tool or product and save me time & extra work. I have learned a lot from Home Depot employees and enjoy taking on different jobs at my house and keep it running smooth. Thanks

Since I get there, was fast to found the product in the shelf and the associates is amazing ...

Customer service could be improved upon. The 2 members of the staff were not too eager to assist in getting an item from the above rack. When asking for help for a simple task it seemed like I was burdening the employees. The first employee looked at me and said "YES!" really nasty like why was I bothering her. The Second employee did help, but make a stink about needing the ladder and after all was done, I only needed one item? I responded and said that if the shelf was properly stocked I would not have had to ask for help....he didn't like my response. I went back again this morning. I picked up and paid for my item. The exit door was locked. I turned around to get assistance to have the door unlocked and who do I see, the gentleman that assisted me last week. He didn't come to the door to help unlock but turned around after he saw me making eye-contact with him. Another women, who looked like a customer (standing with the employee) told me the door to the right (the front door) was open....thanks I knew that.

I received great service by the representative and valuable kindness by the Cashier, with uplifting respect which save me $25.00

It was a great experience and I am still thinking about that day.

Lack of assistance in the Flooring and Building Materials Departments is inconsistent. One day there are many employees and other days there are few, if any. The variety and amount of stock on hand is usually better than the competition, but lack of help continually sends me elsewhere to buy. I am a homeowner and often need advice on a project. Even when there is available help, most tend to lean toward dealing with professionals and they usually know what they need. We non-pros really need the aid of someone, so that we buy everything we need for a project, big and small.

I wish the store that is located near my house was like this one. I was in the area so I stopped at this location and loved the cleanliness and helpful employees.

Employees were very helpful and I was able to get what I needed quickly and get back to my projects.

Great place to get what your looking for and great tool prices..
