I'm astounded how every time I go to Home Depot, I find some other element of what makes this store truly horrible.

Jennifer C. helped me get a huge discount on sod! She didn't have to do that. Jennifer C. deserves a promotion w/ raise in my opinion!

Monica was very helpful and polite during entire merchandise check out .Knowing where to find when the merchandise’s skill were not scanning.

Needed to buy several products in the store. Each associate that I spoke with was very helpful. An additional bonus is that this store was very clean, organized and well-stocked.

Went to return something the process was smooth and when I purchased something else the cashier was super friendly and pleasant. Maxine got me out right away even though there was a little bit of a line. She was with and efficient and friendly. She even made me laugh.

Several of the employees in this Home Depot store seemed genuinely interested in helping us when we asked a question about the merchandise. Furthermore, I am in HD stores several times a month and most of the employees are not interested in helping rather taking care of their inventory responsibilities. This particular store the employees are very friendly.

We love shopping at this Home Depot Store! We shop there so often we call it our second home. The store is well stocked and we always find just the right item we are looking to purchase. A few times this month, when we were unable to locate an item we wanted, there has always been a friendly and helpful sales person to assist us. Many times they have gone out of their way to stop what they are doing to take us right to the item we need. The sales people are well versed in the areas in which they work so they can give guidance and advice regarding home projects. The store is very clean and neat and it is a real pleasure to shop at this Home Depot store.

I used to like this store but IF and WHEN you can finally find an employee and IF they aren't rude to you, then maybe it would be okay. It wasn't today. I have other hardware stores nearer to me and I will only come back here if I have to. I tried to ask someone about something in electronics and one employee just turned his back as though I wasn't there and when the manager paged the other man (supposedly the only one in the store who knew the answer), he never showed up. I had to wait 15min. just to talk to the manager and I guess there is only 1.

Love coming to this Home Depot, the staff is super friendly and always willing to help, and always goes above and beyond. Recently had an encounter with Louise the cashier and she was amazing!!! Definitely recommend them.

At this Home Depot shopping is a wonderful experience from entrance to exits. Their staff are always willing to assist, and satisfy even your unexpressed needs.

I bought a Dewalt pressure washer for about $800 plus tax (the most expensive and powerful pressure washer available in the store), and when I tried to assemble it the next day, there were two bolts missing, so I went back to the store. Their repair department, which was the rental department, told me they do not carry Dewalt parts. How sad is that? Instead I was shown a universal bolt kit, and told to buy that. I did, for just under $5. It didn't fix my problem. Now I have to go to Home Depot a third time. The worst part about the whole experience is the fact that I was prettty much just brushed off by customer service, when I went back. I guess they don't like dealing with problems at the customer service department there. :(

I spend over 45 minutes in the store returning items and did not get it resolved and still not resolved...I have disputed the entire charge on my Home Depot Credit Card...I will not be cheated out of my refund for my sales tax of $10.72...it is MY MONEY and I WANT IT!

I have always received excellent service from this Home Depot from paint, electrical, plumbing, new tile and installation, to appliance purchases and all those other widgets I've needed.

i went looking for electrical cable, three feet. at the entrance to the store there was a bottle of hand sanitizer for customer use. it was comforting to know that home depot took the virus seriously. however, after touching up items that other customers no doubt had also touched, it would have been nice if there was sanitizer at the exit. i didnt notice any. in the electrical dept i was pleased to see the big rack loaded with an assortment of cable where you can select from several choices, in any length you want, instead of having to buy a roll of 50ft to get 3ft. the store had a few employees scattered about helping customers, naturally following them around as they selected and discussed products. i decided not to follow until they were free and went to the front customer service desk and asked for help. on my long trek back to electrical i wondered how long the employee would wait for the customer who requested help to appear. when i arrived he was asking another person if he was the one who called. i dont know if he would have left with that customer had he wanted help. luckily he didnt and the employee turned towards me. his attitude was like if i had disturbed him from whatever. i asked for 12 gage cable, i got 12 gage cable. now im not used to stranded cable in house wiring, usually i find all solid conductor. on boats they use all stranded cable. i didnt expect stranded cable at home depot, i expect it at boat depot. i expected solid conductor cable at home depot, i dont expect it at boat depot. i walked up to the cashier it was then i noticed it was stranded. i feel the guy should have asked me whether i needed stranded or solid. had i not been able to use it i would have shoved it behind a shelf and gone back to get solid conductor cable. if you place call buttons along the aisles it would save me from the hassle of going up front for help, then hurrying back to the product before an employee appear and then disappear, because i wasnt there in time.

the associates at this store was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great Appliance Dept personnel especially Marcel. Took care of me. Very Professional, knowledgeable. Took his time. We bought an Electric Range. Also, Store is always clean! Thanks!!

Snarky sales person in plumbing. Store and isles overcrowded, help nonexistent

I have always been Home Depot girl, over the other store that starts with a "L". lol the store is usually very clean and well stocked, most employees are very nice and helpful. only one time while I was employed by cool bear but working this store did one of your employees behind the cs desk give me a hard time and it was in retaliation because of a customer service incident that I had with her a week before being there representing cool bear. she was nasty, unprofessional and every one knew it. oh well, it's in the past. otherwise I have spent thousands of dollars at HD over the years since I moved to Florida in 1995.

My husband and I went to Home Depot to talk about upgrading our kitchen. We had cabinets and counters replaced many years ago by Home Depot in another area and thought it would be a good place to start again. We immediately received personal and professional attention and it has continued throughout the design process, measuring, making adjustments, pricing, etc. The final design was better than we had imagined. I strongly recommend Home Depot and designer, Robert, for kitchen upgrading and/or remodeling.
