I needed help locating merchandise for gardening (lawn & planting products). The (Home Depot Employee) gentleman assisted me in not only locating products needed for my home project; but educated me in and made suggestive sales to initiate my project, and went as far as to load these products into my cart. Listening to a customer needs, doing suggestive sales, product knowledge, walking the customer to the product and assisting them in obtaining products is key to Fanatical Customer Service. I want to that the individual and the management for this incredible experience.

11 years in the roofing business and this is my go-to Home Depot in Broward. There is another Home Depot and a Lowes near to my dispatch but this specific store has never let me down (knock on wood). They are always stocked with wood and roofing materials. All the tools I buy here have been good quality.

Easy to find and employees very friendly, I found all the stuff that I was looking for.

Sue was very helpful in explaining to me the whole commercial credit card enrollment process, she got me in the system with no time, very friendly and professional. Joy was also very quick, friendly and professional in checking out my purchases and made sure to redeem my $25 OFF coupon without me having to ask.

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot, it is well organized and most everything I need I can find here at competitive prices. My go to home improvement store.

Was able to pick out stone and pay for a pallet worth f stone- very heavy had it delivered for $80 which was a little pricey but was quick and easy ad would have taken 5 trips in a regular car 3 in a small SUV.

I was at check out trying to pay with my credit and was experiencing difficulty since it's the new ones with a chip. The assistant had to repeat about three times what to do before I realized she was talking to me. Yet she never got aggravated or sounded upset or made me feel stupid. Indeed we need more workers that really love people.

Love this store - never have to hunt down an Associate, they find you. Our Associate, Marcel Hutson, was terrific - knowledgeable and a sense of humor. I called him a week later to add to our appliance purchase and he knew me immediately. He also managed to get all of our appliances delivered together! I told him he was a magician!

Found everything needed for several seasonal projects. This store was extremely busy, and some display pricing was unclear resulting in the cashier having to perform several physical price checks, that slowed the checkout to a crawl. The associates were friendly and helpful despite being so busy. Overall, merchandise is comprehensive, and the outdoor displays and condition of plants was outstanding.

Helpful employees, well organized. had very bulky order and associates made it easy to maneuver through the store and registers

We are gathering quotes for a kitchen makeover and stopped in on our lunch hour. What a thoroughly pleasant experience both in the store and with a very helpful kitchen specialist. I was looking for items in the paint department. Had no problem obtaining help, The salesman was friendly and totally helpful. The checkout (self checkout) worked well. I feel this is an outstanding store.

The customer service in this location is below poor. Management is poor at best, too busy and disinterested in having a conversation with a customer who is having an issue and a question with a $400 purchase from one hour earlier. The assistant manager hung up the phone without providing any assistance but had plenty of time to exhibit an attitude of negativity.

The store was clean , and the lamps that I need was easy to find and,I do not need the help of any associat but the lady cashier was very polite and nice talk, so I have wat I need and no problem thak home depot
