Easy store to navigate and find what you are looking for without wasting time. Good value on all items.

I spent almost all day to pickup 500 SQF of Tiles due to associates involved didn't take care to help. Even though the pallets were tagged after I purchased in one day in advance. As I needed to make 2 trips it took more than 3 hours for the first and more than 1 hour in the last.

i purchased a Christmas tree on my last visit that did not fit in my car. I was in the parking lot and without me asking the associates offered to assist me. The tree did not fit in my car so they tied it to the roof of my car.

Jeanine at the garden dept was excellent and made my visit so easy and worth it. Thank you Jeanine, you're an angel! Thank you for the deal on the generator too... we are so grateful!!!!

Popped into Home Depot Pompano Beach for curtain brackets that extentions. Had trouble finding the curtain rod section in the back, west section of the store; however, I lucked out in that a Home Depot associate was in that small section who helped me find what I needed. The price was fantastic as my mother-in-law bought something similar at Bed, Bath and Beyond for 4 times the price! I made my way to lighting, but didn't care for the floor lamp options. Made my way to fans and didn't see anything I liked there either. Store was well organized, well lit and fully stocked. I had trouble checking out in self-checkout due to the curtain bracket extension package being mislabeled -rang up as a car charger something like that, but the associate that was attending self checkout promptly corrected the issue and I was able to checkout quickly. My hat is off to Home Depot for hiring, training and maintaining customer-focused associates!

Good and easy parking lot with two exits, Copans and Military trail, never too cloudy, good place to stop and get what you need. Staff is experienced and used to been busy. That's the one you want to go to, no doubt!

I WOUILD RECOMMEND THE STORE FOR THE STORE BRAND AND NOT FOR THE HELP THEY DONT HAVE.

This is a great store. Very helpful! I had all my cabinets replaces. They are very professional!

The store is clean and bright, and I was able to find good products at a good price. It basically has almost everything you need. The only con is that sometimes is very difficult to find an associate to help you, specially if you need someone to cut wood pieces or closet shelves.

The faucet I wanted for my new sink was not in stock at the Pompano store. Nikki called another store and asked them to hold the faucet for me. I went to the Ft. Lauderdale store and picked up the faucet the same day. Nikki was very helpful and got me what I wanted. The staff at the Ft. Every thing I need is at this store. It is well organized, there are lots of associates around in the aisles so if you have a problem, they are the solution.
