PEOPLE FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS.

I really enjoy shopping at Home Depot for the variety of products they have for any home project I'm working on or interested in. One of the things I don't have a lot of, is time. I like to get in and out of the store and with purchasing online available for pick-up and/or delivery and just going to shop in the store, these options great for me when I am in a hurry. The employees here are always willing to help. They have fantastic customer service skills, are knowledgeable and have great personalities. Servicing customers with a smile really makes a world of difference to me. Thanks Team 208, Pompano Beach.

Cashier Maxine is the best ever....

There is a cashier named Maxine that I would never forget.. Very sweet and very friendly... She made me feel so special.. I like to go to Home Depot because of her... Good bless you Maxine!!!

Store was neat and clean. employees are very helpful. i would strongly recommend this store.

The staff at this store is incredibly friendly. I had a little dog with me the day I went in. I had to set her in the cart for a moment while I selected an item. The manager saw her in the card, went and found some cardboard, and then cut it to size so she'd have a little floor that wouldn't hurt her feet. It was way above and beyond, and had a hundred other things he could have done. This is the kind of place I like to do business with.

this store is vary unorganized and forget calling good luck on getting anyone to answer the phone at least the staff they have is vary knowledgeable and vary helpful but other then that there customer service desk is horrible service but i still love the home depot as a store and company as a whole and share holder i will always shop at the home depot

DAN IN GARDEN SHOP was most helpful and knowledgeable, other garden staff had to ask him for help in answering questions. Inside the store was fine and staff were adequate.

This store seems to have limited parking. At 3:00 pm, December 6th there were no registers open, just the 4 self serve kiosk. They dont seem to have the necessary manpower to get you out the door. The excuse of its the holidays just doesnt work anymore. Yes its busy, but management needs to start hiring in the fall to deal with the long Christmas/Holiday season. The best employee there in my opinion is the visually impaired man in home in garden.

This store is never very clean.

Very helpful in paint department. Mixed 14 gallons of paint in 4 different colors in no time. Had very friendly cashier. 5 star rating for everyone.

Employees are there to help and go out of their way to do so.

I needed to find a wheelbarrow and some irrigation parts. The associates I dealt with went out of their way to provide assistance and were pleasant to deal with. That's hard to find anymore. I'll be shopping at this store all the time.

For your flooring questions/needs look for Merrill Taylor Design Consultant/Flooring Specialist. He is the best and most helpful sales person I ever dealt with at Home Depot.
