Terrible service I bought a brand new Milwaukee packout and the handle wasn’t even attached I had to remove set pen and align handle and tap set pen in. Had a tool sale I found on the app but they told me they couldn’t find it for me since it wasn’t stocked on a shelf. I bought a rigid k400 from this store before and had to return the machine twice because it was a returned broken machine the third one was new finally. Everything I’ve bought from this location has had a issue Milwaukee is a great tool manufacture but it seems like they send you guys the worst products they produce or I have the worst luck dealing with you people

I returned a couple of items and picked up and order and Amber was so helpful with getting the items from my buggy and helping me get the ordered items. It was very busy at the time but she didn’t make me feel rushed. She was very pleasant. I bought a floor lamp and it is so gorgeous it has 3 small lamp shades and it really adds to my room.

Working on home projects and having help from someone that knows what they are doing is a relief . Widowed and know nothing about repairing and building anything! Thanks Home Depot for making what seems like huge repairs be simple fun projects!

Every shop day at Pooler HD is great thanks to the employees friendly and helpful, availability, competitive prices

They just wanted to go home and closed early

It's a great store to visit and do business with. The staff is friendly, and the store manager is always ready to help with anything, from questions about products to helping me load up my purchases. They always seem to have factory reps on site to help with lawn/garden and power tool purchases. I will be visiting again.

The staff were personable and extremely helpful. The aisles were clear and shelves were well organized. I recently shopped a competitors store and couldn't get a cart through most of the aisles and there were boards on the floor with nails sticking straight up. I will now only shop at Home Depot

I've always gone to the "competition" until my brother scoffed and said that Home Depot was better. He was right. The garden department is wonderful. The plants healthy. There are great sales. Azaleas were reduced $5 each plus another sale of saving 20% with the purchase of 12. I have a huge backyard and planted all 12 in various spots. They are all thriving. I'm super happy with my purchases there!

We were assisted in purchasing our new kitchen's appliances. Not only did she assist, but gave excellent advice that saved us money and got a better stove for less money. Thanks!

I have a couple of old injuries that limit my mobility. They lifted and moved my order into my cart and then into my vehicle with speed and cheer. Thanks Guys!

We originally went to the competition down the street because it was closer - trying to get someone to get us to the right aisle was a challenge and took forever even after going to their customer service desk. Never again- Home Depot is worth the a few extra miles

Will cisit home depot for all products purchases

This Pooler Home Depot, is the nearest store for people living in Statesboro, GA area. With that said, the Pooler store has limited inventory and variety of supplies. Savannah has two other larger HD's, but even further away and difficult to navigate. Residential and commercial development in Statesboro is booming and having Home Depot store here would not only be a strong asset, but also be a very profitable venture with little competition. Home Depot management needs to be aware that construction demand (both residential and commercial) in the Statesboro area, is strong and economic growth is exponential.

It was a pleasure working with Rhody. She was very knowledgeable the doors and very patient with us. She returns all our calls within a reasonable time frame and kept us informed about our order. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.

The store experience was good but the only problem we had was getting help unloading the materials on to our truck

It normally has what I am looking for. The plant and garden section has nice selections. People are overall, pretty friendly. I can't complain.

I drove to Pooler because my Home Depot did not have the mower I was interested in. Everyone at the Pooler store went out of their way to be helpful. The two men in the lawn mower department helped me load my mower on folly and then made sure I understood that I needed to register my mower. I greatly appreciated all their advice.

I have been purchasing several items for our newly built home and the experiences of the store and its associates is excellent. Plan to recommend to family and friends and continue shopping there

I buy a lot of supplies from Home Depot and the Pro Dept is always nice, courteous and helpful to me every trip. Anna is the best and always willing to stop whet she is doing and help with whatever I need.

I have always received great service when visiting this store. From the moment that I entered the store, I'm greeted by friendly associates. I'm also immediately assisted if I needed help finding items. Kudos to management and employees for outstanding training and valuing their customers and stakeholders!
