I suggest that you guys have more two different brands like Hilti and other brands, more Professional Tools, heavy Duty Tools

Ramon in Alliance Sales knows everything about kitchen and laundry appliances. Highly recommend this skilled and friendly salesperson to get to the right choices and ensure all tge applicable discounts. The store has a diverse selection to choose from.

HD has the worst entry and exit with relation to parking esoecially for a disabled person.

Gary B did an excellent job for us in the appliance dept. He explained everything to us about our purchase options and warranty/ delivery procedures!

This Home Depot is farther from me. i have to shop as this Home Depot because they stock more items that i need. This Home Depot also has more friendly employees than other Home Depot stores.

I received help when one of store employees saw me looking at an item. It made my purchase decision a lot easier and faster.

I just finished a garden project and this store had everything I needed to make the outcome fantastic! Employees are always helpful and friendly too.

I was shopping for a washer and dryer. Gary helped the info on the brands I was looking at. Gary was GREAT.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for 11 months now since moving from another FL location. They are well stocked and 99% of the employees are helpful & friendly. The inside of the store is clean & well organized. The exterior lot has 1/3 cluttered with rental trucks and trailers which makes it seem crowded and dirty.

During a recent purchase, I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the person checking me out. She was engaging and went above & beyond in assisting me with my items. A real pleasure in these days of surliness.

I only wanted a Ryobi drill & hammer drill combo The cabinet was locked two of them said they’d have to find whoever had the code ! Then they were gone ! In just a few minutes I found the front aisle display with the drills I was looking for !

I went to buy a weed trimmer, associate said they had it in stock, and it came with battery and charger, That was not true I went to Northport was greated and got me the correct weed eater and showed me battery and charger included and took me to cashier to make sure it rang up correct Thank you NORTHPORT

I love chopping at Home Depot. Very convenient for me.

I ordered a replacement refrigerator via home depot.com. When it arrived it was too damaged to deliver (based to delivery personnel). I call the local store after finding out the model I had purchased was back ordered and wouldn’t be available until Sept. 5th, 2024. As a have a Diabetic Sister whose Insulin requires refrigeration, I was very concerned. One of this stores Managers (Amanda) made sure I had a refrigeration unit available almost immediately. Once delivered about an hour or so later I could stop worrying. I will be buying ALL my future appliance through this store and no other. GOD bless this store’s personnel. They are terrific!!!!

The sales associate at the doors and windows department was absolutely horrible, extremely rude

I shop here often and am ALWAYS treated like a special customer. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. There is a LOT of competition for me to go to but this is my favorate store by far.

Mike consistently delivers exceptional customer service during each visit to Home Depot. He proactively goes the extra mile to assist me with my shopping requirements. He readily leaves his designated area to help me locate the items I seek. Robb is another esteemed team member who has consistently exceeded expectations in providing assistance. He graciously aided me in selecting tiles for my bathroom renovation project and ensured that I had all the necessary supplies for the task. Given that this was a do-it-yourself endeavor, Robb's expertise and insights proved invaluable.

It seems like every time I come to this store, there is only one cashier and a line wrapping around to the next aisle with people waiting to check out. On this particular visit, I waited in line with eight other groups of people. Finally, I got fed up and called the main phone number and ask customer service if they would send someone else to assist with cashing people out. I was told that there was nothing they could do about their low staffing situation, but if I wanted to go to the customer service desk they would be more than happy to check me out so I didn't have to wait. I informed the person that while that would solve my immediate issue, it wouldn't be fair to all the people in front of me and wouldn't solve the core problem. Frankly, if she could cash me out at the service desk, then she could walk down to the cashier area and open up another register. That, or announce over the PA that they could assist at customer service as well.

I went to this home depot in need of some bolts and other tools and Lonnie was not only professional but he was very kind and knowledgable. Took his time to show me exactly what I needed. Will definitely be coming back to this store for all my home goods. Once again Thank you Lonnie

The management hires and trains their staff well

I had to pop in my local store for a microwave bulb and some other bulbs for my new garage opener and dining room light fixture. As always a great experience. I ask an employee when the specialty bulbs were located and they gave me help without hesitation. Walk me over there to find what I needed. They weren't slow either. None the less they immediately helped when I ask. Not that's service! The cashier called me over from a different lane to check me out. Total time in store...I'd say less that 5 minutes, perfect! Thanks again.

The Roundup with a small sprayer was a fair deal, but Marion made the checkout very pleasant

Very very disappointed by service provided when I returned products with out receipt and I don’t remember which credit card I used or pay cash.

I am always able to find the products that I need
