Im a dad with 2 under 2 so I do a ton of house work myself.I walked down an isle and saw a good size tool box in a price range I was happy with. I asked Marci if the deal for the toolbox was accurate, she saw my excitement and asked how many tools I had. I said a lot. She walks me up to the front and offers me the toolbox of my dreams for the same price. I’ll never forget that thank you
