I bought three rose cuttings over a month ago ago, they are already in bloom with lovely colors

I am an an outdoor fanatic, a plants fan, Home Depot is the only place I shop for my garden needs, my mulch etc

I placed an online order and I was giving sent to my home a dirty lid with rodent droppings on it

Stopped in to purchase a tarp that costs over $100 and within a hour it started tearing to pieces very disappointing I used it to cover my bedroom set and it didn’t do its job at all

The cedar boards are terrible.

I purchased the pre - treated wooden pole. It was too long for my project. Instead of purchasing a shorter one, the associate cut it perfectly.

This store used to be a pleasure to shop at. No longer.

The parking lot is totally filthy here. Cigarette butts everywhere. I used to shop here a lot with my pup. But now I only go when absolutely necessary. I'll order online and have things delivered or use a competitor.

Strolling around The Home Depot on Gatlin just to window shop basically . I was greeted by a young lady sitting at a desk she looked busy so I didn’t say anything but to my surprise she stood up and greeted me with such a smile and a “thank you for coming into home depot can I help you with anything ?”which was wild cause I walked past so many other orange aprons and they didn’t say anything to me. She walked over and proceeded to ask about what I was into getting done . She referred me to some choice after I showed her the color flooring I was looking at . She also helped me picked out my backsplash and threshold all to match !! .and to top it off she didn’t even budge or seemed annoyed. This is the first time I was with an orange apron worker that actually helped me and helped me pick other additional stuff that I might need .. she didn’t even do what everyone does and hide or say that’s not their department.. She is the epitome of what excellent customer service representative is and should be recognized for her Specialist experience and the fact was I wasn’t even looking at the simple things she pointed which makes a difference.. Gatlin Home Depot she has been a pleasure to talk to and been able to feel like I’m dealing with someone that cares about my flooring … she is a real addition to the Home Depot . Thank you guys again for her .

At this branch the employees that i interacted with were very friendly, patient, and understanding.

Purchased 4 patio chair cushions and the very next day they went on sale. A manager in the patio department was very understanding, caring and professional and got me the sale price. Very much appreciated.

hard to get help, many employee seem to try avoiding customer

This maybe one of the worst Home Depots I shop in. Associates never greet you, and when you encounter one it seems like an inconvenience. Often in the app it shows multiple of the item in stock but not replenished on the shelf and if your lucky enough to find someone that is willing to help they don't know where the item is top stocked. Fully understand the dynamics of today's workforce but this seems more like a culture and training issue more so then a personal issue. And I am tired of being forced into self checkout.also understand the reasons for it but that is a you problem not a me problem. Someday you won't be the only game in town and not 100% sure you are ready to compete!

I’ve been in multiple Home Depot stores. The Port St. Lucie Home Depot is notches above. They’re always seems to be employees in the aisles and willing and able to assist.

Opened a store credit card, ordered a washer on Saturday, was promised it would be delivered on Thursday. After checking on my order status on Wednesday I was told my dryer is now being deliver the following Thursday. Over 10 days from date of purchase. 10 days without the ability to dry clothes.

The best service on every project we have. 100 percent satisfied with the store employees and the contractors that are sent by the store. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Gifts for family and friends. Tools etc Christmas decor.

"Checking out was a confusing and frustrating experience. I initially attempted to use the self-service, only to be redirected to another line, which lacked clear signage. The process felt disorganized, and due to the confusion, other customers inadvertently moved ahead of me. When I raised the issue, the employee on duty showed little interest in helping to resolve the situation, which only added to my frustration. Overall, the checkout setup and lack of support created unnecessary delays and impacted my experience."

I material is good but it's getting expensive to shop

Ever since I've moved to my P.S.L. home in 2005' this been my go to Homedepot, and as a Electrician, on my way down to W.P.B., I've stopped by to pick up supplies & materials I need to get my job done/completed. Always easy to get in early and on I-95 fast. So thank you for always be there for me form my Home to My Job.

Did not meet customer wishes

We were in Home Depot on Gatlin Blvd. to purchase a BBQ grill. The one we wanted had just been assembled. Richard Miller helped us by locating it in the store and bringing it to us. He noticed that the battery was not working the ignition switch and proceeded to figure out the cause. He was persistent and wouldn't give up until he fixed the issue. He is a great example of what true customer care is. We thank you Richard!

When needing a new item for our home, I check on-line at HomeDepot.com first to find the proper aisle where that item is located in my Port Saint Lucie (Gatlin Blvd.) store. If I happen not to see the item on the shelf, a helpful staff member is always available to help me find it. I appreciate their friendly attitude and their smile as they assist me.

I had to do window treatments and James and flooring went above and beyond his patience and knowledge overall demeanor or such an asset to your store. I shopped in the New Jersey store in Manahawkin prior to moving to Florida their store was amazing as well shout outs to both of the stores
