store is clean, organized, well stocked and has the best staff of any home improvement or other type of store.

They need a few more folks on the outside, assisting with lumber , bottle gas etc.

Great store and great employees

The best run home improvement store I have been in. From the time you enter to the time you pass through the best, fastest most pleasant checkout area you feel as if you were a gest not a customer.

I have often frequented and also worked at home improvement stores. This Home Depot was the nicest I've seen. It was neat, well-stocked, and well-organized. There seemed to be plenty of store associates available to help customers find things. We needed assistance in two different departments, and help was readily available. I also noticed that the technology was much more advanced than at the stores I'd worked for. The programs on the checkout computers and the self-checkout in outside lawn and garden appeared to be the latest and most user-friendly. I wish the Home Depot store closer to my house was as nice as this one.

This store has employees who are helpful and seem to love their job. When I asked for help I received it immediately and with a smile. How about that! Service with a smile! Yes, I will definitely patronize this store again by purchasing something big.

This is the friendliest Home Depot I have ever shopped at. I shop there often. I have shopped in Home Depots in several states.

Clean, friendly staff, quick check out. Tons of parking

A great store for hobbyists, contractors, handyman, etc. Parking is ample and convenient, the store is clean and the aisles are wide and easy to negotiate. The selection is amazing and being new to the area the Home Depot store in Port St. Lucie was a welcome and very pleasant surprise. It generated the comment of my wife: "I know where you will be going a lot". This. turned out to be true. Staff is ample and very polite and professional. A highly recommended store.

The cashier Maria was excellent to work with. She ensured we looked through everything to get the products I was looking for. She made me feel that she was there for me. Real meaning of Customer Service.

When I have asked for help at the store, the employees have been very helpful. I really appreciate this very much.

I've gone to this store regularly and several times a week since 2007. I know a lot of the employees and some have complimented me on how courteous I am and likewise I about them. For the most part, very nice people. Lately, some of the new employees are always in a hurry when checking out and management should just tell em to slow down...especially when I rely on my email receipts that a few have made me miss when checking me out. Other than those few incidents, it's a great store with great folks.

They really went above and beyond while many of us waited for generators to arrive on a truck. They came around with snacks, waters and then Wendy's. Patty made the best of a bad situation. It was a long wait but would have been worse without her.
