Many items in stock that I want and helpful employees. This is one store that will let me bring my dog. He loves to go with me and ride in the shopping cart.

Nicole in the paint department is awesome! Cynthia checked us out and was so helpful in resolving how to include a heater on the promotion cost. Thank you ladies!

This is a great store. Everything is organized and there are lots of employees on the floor that are ready to help customers. Loved it.

Store is very clean and generally has very friendly employees. I only had trouble getting help in the electrical isle on a Saturday evening; 3 employees were standing around in an isle talking negatively about their manager(s) and how anyone could be a manager in the store.

Lumber department is horrible. Everytime we have went for lumber the selection is picked over and the quality of the wood is horrible.

I am a general contractor in the porter/kingwood area. I visit porter home depot daily. So home depot success is very important for my success. The store is always clean and we'll stocked. I also enjoy the customer service. In particular I always wait for a certain cashier that makes my day easier. Belinda is always a smiling face I look for in lumber! I visited The Home Depot in Porter to look for a new refrigerator with certain specifications in mind. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and able to show me what they had to offer. I later returned in the afternoon with my husband to show him what was available and we purchased the appliance on the spot. We shop this location often and enjoy the helpfulness of the employees.

Anahi and denese at the servise desk were both very knowledgeable about all the products and mercindises I asked about both ladys have amazing customer servise skills

My sister and I went shopping for new flooring. The associate, named Kirk, is very knowledgeable and professional. Flooring is a big investment and Kirk gave us lots of useful information and a comparative analysis of the benefits and disadvantages of various flooring materials. This helped us make a well-informed final decision. Overall a great shopping experience.

Need more people to assist customers on the floor throughout the store.

This store is Always clean & properly arranged! Employees strolling through the store offer to help & if they cant help, immediately put you in with the person you need to help you! I have NEVER encountered a rude person there, and when I was remodeling my house I was not always the most pleasant person!

Everyone greets you with a smile as soon as you enter and leave the store.. I couldn't be happier with the pro desk They just make the whole shopping ecexperien fast and easy. They work with you on whatever material or tools you need to get the job done

Was really surprised at how great this store compared to other Home Depot’s I shop in H town. Store was clean and it was obvious the management is directly involved in day to day business. Found what I needed and had multiple workers ask me if I needed any help. Store had a nice down home feel.

During a very stressful 2 months of ordering items for home renovation (as you know, very little is currently available in the stores and must be ordered on line), of the many many items I ordered, almost all resulted in constant communication with Customer service, and store managers, such as Adam. First items to pick up, could not be located when I went to pick them up, and after 1 1/2 delay, they were found where they were suppose to be all along. The medicine cabinet arrived broken, the delays in delivery times was terrible. I had many case numbers issued as the Customer service personnel and I had hours and hours of discussion and tracking for almost each of the many items.

Did find flooring we were looking for just wish they had this particular type of floor instock. Alot of flooring either Laminate, vinly etc. had to be ordered. But all in all they had a lot to choose from. Our sales person was Sylvia was very, very, nice. She was able to answer all our questions we had.

dont recomment this store, associates are unhappy working here, so unprofessional with the customer....

I feel that this location had more selection in several items.

The store had a good sale on Mulch. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Also another employee was going to put the heavy bags in the car but my husband loaded it up already.
