This morning I came in around 7 AM and Mr. Woody in the lumber department helped me cut a 2 x 3 x 8 so that it would fit in my car. I am working on a project and needed the wood cut in 15 inch pieces and he did not hesitate to help me do this. Mr. Woody even offered to help carry it to the front desk, He was amazing and deserves a shout out !!

Picture actually going into a store that has helpful employees that know the product. Experience really shows at this location. In a time of reduced inventory, this store was stocked well. Had to get assistance from two different areas and actually was asked by two different workers if I needed assistance. Just a great shopping experience.

I had to go through 4 toilet seats (4 trips) before I found one that worked properly. Specifically, the seat wouldn't stay up. Any married man knows this is an important item. Why doesn't HD?

The manager Rebecca went above and beyond by cutting our Christmas tree and bailing it herself to make sure we got it done . Even though we are closer to Conroe with definitely come back to the porter store

The store had a nice selections of trees when other places have very few.

IF HOMEDEPOT HAD THE EMPLOYEES TO SERVE THE THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE DURING THE DAY IT WOULD BE A FINE STORE. PROFESSIONAL DEMAND NOT THERE.

This is one of the better, if not the best, Home Depot locations in terms of how well they keep their plumbing fittings stocked and well sorted, so you don't have to hunt through tons of mis-placed parts to find what you need. Also, customer service at this store has been consistently extra pleasant and helpful across the board (paint department, online order pickup, lumber, electrical, self-checkout - just seems like they're an extra friendly/helpful bunch across the board.

Home Depot in Porter TX is our go to store for all our home improvements. We travel from Cleveland TX to visit this store. They are always helpful and welcoming at the checkout.

Friendly and helpful employees

Our Home Depot Store to go to. Have always been very satisfied with our purchases there.

Associate's were nice, however when I got to the appliance department no one was there. For being a slow day as it looked someone should be in every department to assist customers. The store was clean and experience was nice!

Pricing incorrect challenge. Informed the staff and was mocked and ridiculed. We simply wanted a yes or no on the challenge yeah it was comment after comment. Elaine, was the first person to be rude, followed by Katie (who is a supposed supervisor but did not step up at the initial challenge). The manager, Patrick, did not reasonably address the issue. “Come on, it’s always $7.97” We kept the purchased items and we will use the purchase items. We will also shared a story on all social media platforms.

Isabella or Bella at service desk was rude, disinterested, impatient and a bad listener who cares less about customer care or satisfaction. She dies not belong in the position she was out in. Needs way more training and education. On the other hand Bob in Appliances was great the week before. Susan came to rescue the inept Bella and helped resolve the issue I was there for. Thank you to both of them.

The only thing I was not completely comfortable with were the people not complying with the safety precautions of wearing masks and leaving some distance between each other. I am fully vaccinated, but a lot of people aren't. Most likely those I saw without mask, are not vaccinated. I wish there was some way to force the issue in this Home Depot.

We were waited on fairly promptly. The store did not have the actual refrigerator on the floor, but I had already shopped online and knew what I wanted. The salesman placed the order for me to have the refrigerator delivered on the date I requested. Store was very organized and our salesman was very helpful.

Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to find what you need at their store or another if they don't have it.

Everything I was shopping for was in stock. The store was organized, neat and employees were available for assistance if needed. I love shopping here.

Staff very helpful, Marc in lumber really helped me out with my project needs. Will visit this store again.

Thank you Jay Castro for going above and beyond to assist me in getting the tool box I wanted. Other employees were not very help full in my shopping at the Humble store. I know that you went to a lot of work to get the tool chest out of storage for me. Thank you so much. I wish all Home Depot employees would try harder to satisfy the customers like you did me. Great Job.

Used to work there 4-5 years ago, enjoyed it as a contract employee, but most of the hourly employees were klanish ( wouldn't have any interactions with us )
