This store is great! Wonderful workers and very helpful.

Horrible customer service. Nearly every aisle I went down there were employees stocking items and not one asked me if I needed help. When I had to actually stop them stocking to ask for help I got an "I don't want to help you" attitude. That's a shame that more than half the associates I saw gave me that attitude. It seems its the management at this store that's the issue, not requiring customer service associate's to even have a good attitude.

I noticed a remarkable improvement in service and availability of employees.

Floor staff were very helpful in finding & loading our heavy flooring. David Walker especially went out of his way to make our experience fast and effortless. This store is 20 miles from our home, but we make the trip rather than shop at other home improvement stores that are closer. I would definitely recommend this store.

Just like any Home Depot you'd walk into. Clean, everything is labeled and easy to find and their employees are helpful. Good and easy access location for the area.

this store needs more handicap carts I usally always have to wait one if I bring my power chair I can't push a hand cart and shop with it

Staff always professional, friendly, informative and willing to assist the customers. I have never been to the store without several staff members asking if they can help me. This is customer service at its best.

This store has gone down hill over the years. Customer service is just horrible and it seems like they have no clue as to what local residents need or are interested in. Things I purchased here years ago are no longer available. They also sell stuff that requires periodic maintenance but the items for the maintenance are not carried. i.e. Sell me a drinking water filter system but never carry the replacement filters. Cater to the contractors but not the average consumer. I like to use my veteran discount but they frequently find an excuse not to provide it. I never have these issues with Lowes or at some of the other HD locations.

I never leave reviews. I thought it was necessary to point out that your employee Oliver did a fantastic job today. He was on his hands and knees restocking shelves and came over to assist me without me even asking. he was also very wise and I appreciated his knowledge.

I understand this a warehouse but at least dust off your shelf items. Do a better job of maintaining adequate inventory levels of all products sold in the store and update accordingly, your stock on your website. It's aggravating to check your website inventory and states the store has multiple items of same stock and show at the store to find zero. This is all within 30 minutes.

Purchased a Christmas tree and needed help since it was heavy in the box. A sales person got me a cart and put the tree on it. She was very friendly considering the time of year with all the activity. The cashier was very nice, too. The only issue I had was that I didn't notice until I got home that I was charged the regular price. I didn't notice until I came home so, we returned the next night to get our refund which was not a problem.

Purchased a new LG washer and dryer set at the Porter, TX Home Depot with a price match that saw Home Depot beating their competitor's price by 10%. I also checked with Lowe's but they were only willing to price match and not beat the price. So, Home Depot gets my vote of confidence for great service and the best possible price. Shelise Hampton was the Appliances Specialist that assisted us and she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This was a fairly complicated order of four different parts for a high-end LG washer and dryer and Shelise took a lot of time with us to calculate the price based on the beat-their-competitors-by-10% policy. Thanks Shelise and Home Depot for a great experience, I will be back for plenty of future purchases.
