The store was clean including the ladies room. Garden center plants are displayed beautifully and are well cared for. Great first impression when approaching the store. Store is clean and organized. Sometimes hard to find a sales associate for the department you need something in. I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Alfred on multiple occassions. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Every time I come in here for irrigation tubing it always takes 30 to 60 minutes on average to find someone willing to get on the ladder for me. Also they stopped carrying the lasko connectors so I always have to go somewhere else for those. Their prices are okay.

I have always had a good experience at this store. The staff is cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and goes beyond what one usually expects at retail today at any store. One time I noticed a confusing price sign over a display. The sales associate looked into it immediately, cleared up the misunderstanding and walked me to the cashier to make sure I was getting the correct, lower price. I feel comfortable shopping here--I am not handy but it is not a handicap here. I don't think you can beat the prices on some things such as giant rolls of Bounty and there's a light bulb for every fixture you might own.

fantastic knowledgeable customer service.. floor staff and assistant manager were especially wonderful. i got something better than what i needed.. i was also very impressed with the amount of selection they had in tile.. i was not planning on buying my tile there but will return to do that because i found their styles and selection modern and plentiful.
