Bought cabinets and had Home Depot install them. The company they use came out to measure $199.00, when the cabinets arrived someone else came out to install, didn’t finish another worker came out to finish, he had trouble and left, we were unable to communicate with him as to what was unacceptable. Texted the original company and so far nothing has been done. The backsplash is loose, the butcher block countertop is crooked there is a 3/4” gap at the back of the range and the toe kicks were not installed.

Came in and decided to purchase 4 blueberry plants as they were advertised as 2/$15 on a big sign above them. Checked out and looked at my receipt to discover that I had been charged full price (nearly $60 when I was expecting it to be $30). Figured it wasn’t an issue I’d just return two of them. Went back into the store and stood in line as the next customer for 20 minutes before finally giving up and walking out. I’ll just deal with it through my bank. They falsely advertise prices throughout the store and then lack the employees to actually fix their mistakes.

I was looking for the 30 percent vinegar in the garden department and Tammy asked what I was looking for after I told her she looked it up and started a search it was not where it was supposed to be. She never gave up and found a bottle on the floor next to the light bulbs and came and found me. What great customer service

Crystal in the paint department helped me greatly in choosing a couple stains, sanding paper and gave me great advice to help me with my remodel.

Tanya was very thoughtful and a great help after I was sent a damaged table in our new, expensive picnic set. She has kept me informed and we are waiting for a resolution of the damaged product.

I bought a large heavy countertop that I couldn't get off the rack by myself. I found an employee who left what he was doing to help and then went and got the depth Mgr to help as well. When I checked out I asked for help loading and a different employee came and helped me get this large heavy item into me small car. Thank you all.

Went to this store on Easter Sunday & usually we dread going but it was totally different! There was plenty of staff! Many workers greeted us with smiles - helped us - knew their stuff. It was amazing! New manager makes a big difference its about the staff & their training & attitude. Honestly it felt surreal how different it was - like as if your weird alcoholic relative who is a jerk & rants every time you meet sudden gets sober & is actually quite nice!

Well stocked. Lots of friendly and caring associates. Always a pleasure shopping Poulsbo Home Depot.

I have noted over the past several months a better shopping experience. HD team members are much friendlier than a year ago and are much more helpful with asking questions about an items location or when asking for feedback on how something works.

I just bought kitchen cabinets to be delivered in a few weeks. Nadine Terry was absolutely wonderful in sorting out the options and finding the way to get the best price.

This store is chronically understaffed at the two "staffed" checkout stands. Usually only one of the two has an actual person taking money. The line gets longer and longer while other orange apron wearing employees wander around studiously ignoring the growing irritation of their customers. If it didn't take me 45 minutes each way to get there I'd have abandoned more than one cart of stuff in frustration. The next possible lumberyard is another 30 minutes down the road...I think they are lucky to have a monopoly position in the market in Poulsbo.

We just bought a house in the SE and went to that local HD. Ho-boy. Do we miss our local Poulsbo HD. Yes, our store in P'bo has issues, but it is clean, well lighted, and if you bring your dog, someone will greet you. If you don't have a dog, well, it's a crap shoot. But it is generally well stocked and clean and friendly. Sometimes it is very difficult to find someone to help you, but the service desk is great. And the long-term employees are great. All in all, it is way better than some. Thankfully, we are only in the SE part-time and we won't lose our local HD. Kudos, Poulsbo HD.

Over the last year, ther3s been extra scrutiny at the self check out. It's insulting. If you don't trust your customers/neighbors, please just do away with the self check out.

I’m not used to people asking if I need help at Home Depot. At the Poulsbo store, two people asked. Very helpful.

I recently purchased a home that is a BIG FIXER and have relied on Home Depot for all the materials needed to do the renovation as economically as possible, including the purchase of a Tuff Shed. Any hiccup I ran into with products from there were addressed by management and rectified immediately. I gave only good things to say about Home Depot.

A washing machine was delivered to my home ,but the machine could not be connected since the necesssary values were “ frozen” I gave the installer a tip. I called a plumber from another town who simply turned a valve Thus the washer was then completely installed. I paid $550 for the service.HD compensated me for $218…i am out of some $ $300 plus dollars…not to mention two long trips to Poulsbo to clarify matters. What a way to run a business

We purchased a load of lumber on Tuesday; were promised delivery on Friday. On Wednesday, HD called to say that our delivery had been postponed until the following Tuesday. This was unacceptable to us, as we'd hired a contractor to use the materials on Friday. It took us 5 phone calls (and considerable angst) to diagnose what caused the supposed delay: an employee who was not involved in our transaction had moved 'our' cart (which was clearly marked PAID, with our contact info) to another area. In the end, we suffered no harm; the material was delivered on Friday, very professionally. BUT, this result needed a lot of our time and aggravation.

I always have a great experience at this store. I always find what I need, and sometimes even if I am not making a purchase, it is fun to just walk around and see everything that is offered.

Always has what I need to get the job done. ✅ Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

The Manager at the time of my visit was rude and dismissive. He copied 3 sets of the wrong key. Had an attitude from the start when another employee assured me to that area. The manager was an older white male and bald.

You have a gentleman in the returns area that was extremely helpful and knows where everything in your store in located. His amazing friendly attitude is contagious.

Wanted some advice regarding electrical work and never was able to speak to the associate about electrical. They kept paging this person but he/she was not available…ever

Sarah is an awesome employee! She goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Sarah is not only knowledgeable, but she is friendly, professional and extremely determined to use her expertise to service the customer. I honestly can’t say enough about how totally impressed with her and thankful I am that Sarah is running the paint department!

Employees are friendly, ask to help, and get help when they don't have the experience to help. Quick to fix problems. Clearly customer focussed

Each time I've shopped this Home Depot location, the representatives have been helpful and courteous. Ordering online for in store pickup has been easy and when I've had to make the occasional return, the staff at customer service has been professional and courteous.

I’m a relatively new general contractor so I have a lot of questions and a lot of learning as I go and I can’t stay strongly enough how incredible the Service Desk personnel at the Home Depot in Poulsbo are. It’s an absolute pleasure to check out or do returns because their attitude is so positive and uplifting. I was not paid to say this or Enticed in anyway I just wanted to make it clear that I have excellent customer service here and everyone should know it.
