I special ordered this Summit 24" gas range 2 months ago, it took several weeks to finally arrive, and when it did it was damaged. The shipping company was Estes. I asked Home Depot if they would at least discount the appliance, but said that due to the maker of the range they could not. It has since been installed and works fine. I was just disappointed with the entire process.

I have never been in a Home Depot that the people were so helpful & nice. The 2 pictures below are what my Kitchen looked like when I bought my Mobile Home and I will Post pictures after I finish my new Kitchen. I will be spending a lot of time at home Depot with this house, there is a lot more to do!

Great store. Was helped by several people in several Departments for a rather extensive shopping list. Each staff stayed with me until I was ready to move to the next department. Great experience.

I went in for a specific tool (steel flat file). No help anywhere in the store. The Crescent file I was looking for (online said there were three of them in this store) was VERY hard to find and was hidden behind other files. Item was VERY overpriced for a FOREIGN MADE steel flat file. I bought it thru self-checkout, nobody said a word to me. Will probably return it.

Only available perennial flowers were poisonous LOL. But, garden checker was super helpful, proficient, and respectful.

It's inaccurate most of the time.

I am a homeowner & needed advice on replacing a bathroom vent fan. I figured it out by opening packages, but it would have been easier if advised. Insulation was more difficult due to my inexperience.

I was getting me home ready for sale just wanted a doorbell for outside you have nothing everything on line except for 1950 looking door bell the employees are actually worthless just walk around and talk to each other

Bought Garden Shed and supplies..Rented HD Truck..Great Service with Loading..Returning Truck with ease in an hour....

Aisles are always overcrowded with merchandise.Several times I have had to use another aisle because of merchandise displays and other shopper with carts blocking access.Also would like to know why HD doesn’t restock during off hours rather than during the day.Seems like every visit to the stores I encounter closed off aisles

No nursery materials, no personnel in the area to ask questions!

I had a great experience shopping at Home Depot

We had ordered a vey expensive exterior door and it arrived after 13 weeks. There are some issues with the door. Spoke with Kira the Manager who also looped in Zack. They are earnestly working to find a solution. Never in the 20 years of being a HD customer have we experienced HD Team members displaying this sheer level of transparency as well as genuine interest in finding a satisfactory solution. Truly have been floored by this and now hoping a solution can ensue.

Consistent service over dozens of trips, can still return most items (unused, unopened and with receipt) months after purchase and receive store credit. They make it as easy as possible to make your project a quick success.

I went to home depot to purchase some items and the female attendant at the self. Check out was rude and abrasive. She went and got a manager who began to argue with me when I informed her of what was going on. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this home depot.

My husband and I went in to order doors for our house. We were met by Zak at the Millwork desk. He was so knowledgeable about everything and found us the perfect doors online and was able to help us save money as well! Tori also helped as well. A big shout out to this store for having such knowledgeable and wonderful staff!

Home Depot has definitely went down hill for customer service!

I shopped store #0446 on 12/04/2024. I did not get the managers name nor that of the cashier. They were both very helpful, patient, and friendly. Thank you!!

My sales lady was Ashley in the home appliance area she was awesome, calm, knowledgeable and friendly. Ashley helped me order the right microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, washer and gas dryer.

I was installing our new dishwasher. We had never used the old one as it didn’t work well and the new one has different plumbing requirements. I bought an dishwasher install Kit and now haven’t used anything. It the provided Hose, which I’m going to replace with a hose with metal housings. Long story short, I needed to go from a 3/8th female to male 3/8th’s. It didn’t seem like Rocket science. Seemed like it by the time we left HD.

Need better training for employees.

It seems this particular Home Depot keeps long term employees that are always friendly and ready to help. If they don't have an answer for your particular situation they go above and beyond to find another employee than can help you.

Stop filling your wide isles with merchemdise and sale items!

I found the items that I needed, cutting was required and the assistant was happy to assist me in that endeavor. Great Store!!!

Bought a shade screen and can't wait to get it up!

Cashier staci was great would come back here for the great service.
