I have always received knowledgeable assistance with friendly people in this location. Cashiers are always pleasant and I never have to wait in long lines. I enjoy going to this store more than any other.

This store is amazing! The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the items are always in stock and the garden center (where I usually go) is always top notch. They take care of the plants there so you don't take home sickly, withered one and are ready to help you with a smile. I really do love this store, it's a different vibe here than at Lowe's which just feels off to me. I simply adore this location! Keep up the amazing work!

Had a large order to fill today and dealt with tools and lumber. Didn't get the helpful tools guy name, but Nick in lumber was very helpful gathering my order. He also loaded my truck for me.

Home Depot helps out Habitat for Humanity, a great program. A local Eagle Scout did a project in a Prescott Valley park and was helped by Home Depot with needed building materials.- Thank You

There is awlays someone to offere assistance. The store is clean and you can find what you are looking for easily. I enjoy going to this Home Depot.

Would not shop anywhere else. People are always helpful and friendly, from the simplest things to more complicated orders.

I went in to this store with no clue as to what type of fixture to get for my home and their employees were very knowledgeable and helped me in choosing the proper light fixture for my home. Nick was especially helpful and helped me lift the item and even loaded it for me.

This was a VERY pleasant shopping experience even though it was a very crowded store and there was the 'Black Friday" promotions going on, all the store employees were readily available to help and assist me. I returned to the store because I had purchased a "HUSKY" tool chest in the morning and after thinking about the size and amount of storage I thought that the larger Milwaukee tool chest would better fit me current needs. I returned the first item with no hassle. I then went on to purchase the Milwaukee. A store employee, Mace was very helpful. Another employee. Mike did all he could to make the return and purchase very easy. Mace also got four other employees to place the item into my vehicle (and it was not an easy task) without making a scratch.

I have found that home depot employees are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well stocked. I have always been able to locate the products i need to buy.

Products were easy to find, staff was great and informative, and store cleaned and well organized.

I love going to my local Home Depot. I am always greeted by everyone there and if I look the least bit lost (which I usually am), I am always pointed in the right direction. Thanks for keeping customer service 1st!!!

This Home Depot offers a very large and good selection of woods,tools, equipment and assorted merchandise to get the job done. Assistance is always available in all departments. Always willing to assist us in our needs. Through the knowledgeable location of merchandise by the staff,items are easy to locate.

I just had the best customer service at the Home Depot in PV. A gentleman by the name of Nick took me all the way from one end of the store to the other exactly to the product I described.

I live closer to the P rescott store but I really prefer the Prescott Valley store.

WE HAVE FOUND IN THE PAST THREE OR FOUR YEARS THAT THE HOME DEPOTE IN PRESCOTT VALLEY IS A GREAT HOME IMPROVMENT STORE TO SHOP IN. THE PEOPLE OR ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY HAVE PLENTY OF KNOWLEDGE AND SOME ONE IS ALWAYS AROUND TO DO SO. WE SHOP THERE ONLY AND WE HAVE A LOWES AND ACE IN OUR AREA ALSO

Occasionally I purchase items I end up changing my mind about or don't need. Even if it's been awhile (I keep my receipts for months), they are friendly and fast at taking care of it and never act put out.

Was overcharged for quickcrete that was on sale. Pain getting a refund. Forklift driver dented my truck. For concret items go to Yavapai block or the Prescott store

the store is well organized and products are easy to locate - but if assistance is needed it is never difficult to locate an associate for help

Had to wait for checkout (don't like self checkout) and when the clerk in the garden center finally showed up she acted like I was bothering her.
