We just moved to the area, so this was the first time at the store. We went first to order appliances and we were helped by Tracey in large appliance Dept. She goes above and beyond to help you get your order in and answer questions. Very knowledgable and thorough. Then we went to flooring/window treatment Dept and we were lucky to get Joni. She really knows plenty Re window treatments. She talked over various options, listened to our needs and offered suggestions. Attentive and helpful. Both women very friendly and knowledgable. We got what we needed at price we wanted to pay. Our appliances (whirlpool washer/dryer and GE fridge are great. Customer service is important and these two women filed the bill.

Needs to be more cashiers, not everybody likes self check

I purchased sump pump a few years ago so as to have a spare if my broke. Well guess what. mind broke, no worry I had spare. I had not inspected the new one and assumed it was OK. After opening the new one, found out the switch was broken and could not use it. I was too late to go and buy another one. This cause my basement to get flooded and lot of damage, as my basement was finished. I am telling you this for future reference that some times it is necessary to inspect return merchandise and my i should have done this myself, but that is not my practice unless i see something that would warrant this

I shop Home Depot whenever I need something for my home. I always find what I need. This trip I purchased porch paint in the exact color I wanted.

Gardening - there was a good supply of herbs and veggies and they were healthy. My only suggestion would be it would be nice if there were more employees especially in the gardening area that knew a bit about plants. Otherwise I shop here a lot. It's convenient and they usually have what I am looking for at a reasonable price.

I visited home Depot on April 17th and I seen something I never seen before such bravery and valor from a gentleman named Mike. I was in the garden center and he helped me get all my plants loaded on a flat bed which you rarely can find that customer service anymore. Felt like I was back in the 1980s when customer service still existed but the best part is when two loved life thugs tried to walk out with kitchen cabinets and he put a stop to real quick. Thank you Mike for your Bravery, Loyalty and the fact that you still care about the customer. Lee Washaleski

not happy with the outcome of this purchase. Home Depot advertised a product, and the description did not match the product pictured. After 2 trips (one taking 2 hours) to the local store, I go what they thought I should get but not what was pictured at the website.

A older lady is her 90s needed help loading 10 bags of soil. No one at this Home Depot would help her, so I loaded the soils help her to the checkout and loaded the soil into her car. Thanks Home Depot great job.

another trip to HD. I know this store very well and can find most things myself. I grade customer service and your scores are low. No one makes eye contact, greets you, asks if they can help, etc. That is what you get from entry to leaving. Disappointing. You do have some employees who are excellent, though! Robert Buxhar, Jeff in millwork, Nick in Tool Rental do a great job with customer service

If your employees don’t want to help, at least train them to be courteous

I only shop at this store , I always get great customer service , everyone is very helpful .

I have used this store for years now and expect to continue. Associates seem always eager to help and also knowledgeable. Can't say enough for the guys in the door department. They helped me in every step of having new front and back entry doors installed. Love the store and the ease of getting to and from it for me.

We have been in numerous times for Halloween items, to look for or do in store pickups. Yes, some things have been delivered to our home, but we still love to come and see the new Halloween display. Please start setting Halloween out a little earlier in the year.

Employee at returns desk rude and dismissive, was there for a store credit on a canceled item on an online order, have been treated in such a dismissive manner by 2 locations. I will not shop there again and am closing my charge account

Get there early morning..the older people working here do a great job with any situation..afternoon folks...well that's a different story.. they seem to help but as much drive as the older dudes..ty guys

I was looking for a pressure washer and the gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Carolyn in the self check out was a delight.

Got quote for new flooring and install, bought materials, prepped space only to find out the day of install that they were unable to complete because the quote guy did not red flag the floor as being unlevel. Was told we would have to pay for a contractor to come out and level. Quote guy did check floor but said it would be fine. We took out a small loan for home improvements and based the amount on quote. We called to see if they would work with us since we spent almost $10,000 in this store. Manager was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Made us feel like it was our fault when it was really their mistake. Then when we told them to pick up the flooring and give us a refund, they gave us trouble about that too. I will never give Home Depot another dime of my money. They do not care about their customers!

My trip to Home Depot today was wonderful the garden center was blooming spring is in the air upon checking out itself check out I encountered a wonderful lady by the name of CARLYN that help me when I struggle to check out she was lovely greeted me with a smile made me feel wonderful about my purchase

I needed a certain light bulb and needed assistance. They were extremely helpful.
