I've got credit with this market, the credit is for my husband and I as a user with him, and the card user has not up to me, when I wanted to pay you enter your social security number to my husband and given to the My (ID), did not find my name in the system had to be related to the credit service but refused so strangely I do not know why, I called my husband the phone asked me to talk with them but they also refused to talk with him, and they treat me rudely.

i purchased a 32x80 storm door. i had to beg the associate to show me where it was. once he did, he pointed at it and said this is the one. i had to drag it thru the entire store myself, and was NEVER offered assistance by any employee. i had to load it in my vehicle myself (wih the help of another customer). one of the worst customer service experiences ever.

Store was very busy, but Beverly the cashier was very friendly and cheerful, took time to direct me to the product I was looking for, very good employee!!!!!!!!!!!

GREAT STORE

Everyone in the store was friendly, helpful and I feel went above and beyond to make my shopping trip today awesome. THe gentlemen in lumber were super helpful and Gavin (cashier) made this trip a great one.

This has always been the number one Home Depot location in Louisville and probably in Ky. I've always went to thisone for any of the projects or home repairs that I've done. Friendly employees who seem to be there to do what the company requires them to, and on top of that their truthful friendliness that makes you feel like at home.i can keep going about the cleanliness and the way the store is setup but I can only type so many words on here

Good location, low prices, little ways from home but will go when in the area.

Mike Miller was very helpful to me at the checkout process and he answered all of my questions that I had. You can tell that he enjoys his job!

Store is generally clean, but your floor help is unfocused. You see them in offices chatting, no attention to the customers on floor, every time I have needed help, I have to go find someone. When they see puzzled customers wandering the floor, they could at least ask if they need help

It is sometimes hard to find help down the isles. The employees are always friendly and helpful otherwise. I would like to see more new products on the shelves.

I had no clue what I needed when I went into the store, nor where it was located. Every single employee in the store - and there were many even at 9:00 p.m. - was willing and happy to help. I left wishing that I worked there with such a good group of people!

This store is convenient, clean, and items are very easy to find. The employees are always on the lookout to see if anyone needs help. When you do, they are very helpful and courteous.

The store cashier (Alec) went out of his way to help me. The garden center has a variety of items to prepare for getting your garden on.

No matter what department I may be shopping, the associates are always helpful and knowledgeable. This minimizes my "wondering" around the store searching for answers/products myself. Keep up the good work! Pricing is competitive.

I went to another major hardware store to purchase my wall tile for the remodel on my bathroom. Not only could I not get help, I was told they did not carry the product I was interested in buying. I was assured by my friend who remodeled her bathroom where she got it. I then went to home depot with my sample. The young lady took my sample looked it up and said, we do not carry this but I can order it . Here is the cost and when it will be in. With her help home depot received a lot more of my business.
