staff is very professional

Employees need better training on helping and hearing out the customers needs. Rational thinking.

There is a Lowe’s nearby and another Home Depot closer than this one, but we prefer to travel to Pulaski We’ve had excellent service here and products are usually available.

Store great employees great but can't shop if the disability carts battery don't hold a charge and are aways broken down. They need to help the disabled

I purchased some light bulbs that did not work for the fixture and the refund was quickly taken care of. After purchasing other items, the clerk at the self check-out was very polite and happy to help me.

My husband has always wanted a Garage - Last year we were able to build one - We now have 6 electric saws - 2 big ones plus multiple other items. My husband has built counters around them (of course wood and necessities from Home Depot). We have 4 grown sons - guess where they love to shop - Home Depot - At Christmas each son receives a 200 dollar gift card from Home Depot - Guess what they have? Saws - Grinders - hand tools, blowers, pressure washers, etc. Home Depot Forever

Bought life proof flooring

Not a particular order - it's all of the orders we place online for pickup and items in store that we go in to purchase. The Pulaski store covers everything we want from them and they do it courteously and most of the time -QUICKLY. Really like dealing with them.

Went in to look at tillers and found sales on the Refrigerators. Rachel in the cabinets department helped me. She looked up the information on the refrigerator that I and my daughter were looking at. She answered the questions we had. Just a great experience today. Thanks, Rachel for the help.

Help with anything you need

Came in for some wood and supplies, and checked out with Reese. Super personable and had us laughing in line. Awesome customer service!

Today we are at home Depot undecided on what to do in our monkey backyard when Jason in the garden section showed us some ideas and help us make the best selection for our project. He helped us load everything up and brought it up to the front for us and even help me put it in my truck. He had made our day a little easier thank you Jason.

Kevin in flooring provided great customer service when I made purchase, and also when I had surplus to return. Kevin went above my expectations in taking care of me. He is an asset to the Home Depot company.

Taylor saw me struggling to load my items into my car and came straight over to help. What a great employee!

I have always received help in finding products that I am not familiar with, the location in the store and how to use them. An associate is always there, most times without me asking, instead they ask me if I need any help.

The folks who work in gardening are so helpful! I look forward to shopping every Spring, and I don’t have to look anywhere but Home Depot. Everything I need under one roof.

We are remodeling a house now on our farm. Home Depot employees never fail to try and make sure we have everything we need. We are so proud to have a Home Depot Store in Pulaski. We love shopping there and love the hometown feel and all the employees at this store! No complaints ever!
