I am doing a major overhaul of my backyard. I bought one of HomeDepots shed kits and am now doing hardscaping. It is trips back and forth to HomeDepot and I am usually greeted by name. I love HomeDepot.

My transaction was a bit difficult due to I tried to order online and applied for a Home Depot credit card to be able to save $50.00 on the electric fireplace I wanted. I got approved and received a $500.00 limit. The fireplace was over that amount so I went to the store and ordered rather than order online. Randi was amazingly helpful, answered all my questions and never once was impatient!

I suggested several times that pallets be removed from the loading area and that trees blocking the corner traffic view be cut down. Both suggestions were heard and heeded!

Had to buy a can of paint for a project. Home Depot had exactly what I needed in stock. Walked up to purchase and there was a long line at self checkout. All the cashier lanes were closed. If I wanted to work for Home Depot I would fill out an application. I dont want to have ring up my own purchase.

Lawn and Garden department gave me all the information I needed regarding purchasing a Treger Smoker. They got a cart for loading the Treger. The Cashiers asked me if I needed help loading the smoker and the young man assisted me. I appreciated the customer service from Home Depot in Puyallup. Home Depot supports Veterans and Service members 100%! Thank you, Home Depot.

When I ordered the left patio door, including delivery, the door was in stock, unfortunately I didn’t receive this one on time. When I called to customer service, they didn’t find the door in stock, someone bought this door and took out . The Home depot workers didn’t care about , when I paid the door, it’s gone be put the door the zone , where it’s be safe. I am disappointed, my construction is stop

Love going there, everyone is very friendly and professional, esspecially at the pro desk

Was watched like a hawk at self checkout by three sales associates. I’m 69, retired military, a retired school teacher, definitely not a thief/ criminal. It happens every time I go there.

I'm not sure how the elderly employees at Home Depot are treated, but I have seen many working their butts off. I hope that they don't have to work as hard as the younger employees. I'm sure they are working to supplement their retirement income and don't have a choice but to work. Instead of enjoying the few years they worked so hard for. I think there should be a program if there isn't already one to support them.

Purchased a dryer in this particular case which is being delivered soon. Particular representative of the lady in the appliance department was helpful also in a previous appliance purchase. She deserves 11 on a scale of 1 to 10

Months of preparation and our floor guy Jason has been very patient and great help, not installed yet, still waiting on this as we just pulled the trigger $ , looking forward to the floors being completed 👍

The ladies at the front were HAPPY and great...the others helped me with the tables...nice guys...

Sherrie Thomas in the appliance department is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend going to see her if you are looking for your next appliance. She is happy and will to help.

Puyallup store is perfect, everything is neat, clean, organized & easy to find. Plus the employees are more than willing to help with any questions you ask, of they didn't know the answer they will find another employee who can. most stores don't care to help or lack the knowledge to actually help.

5 points to ponder before shopping here: 1. Terrible service with zero knowledge of products and or services 2. Horrible parking lot, transients galore 3. Reception in the building, to look up items, is terrible 4. 1% of the employees encountered are friendly. When approached most look at you as if you’ve interrupted their favorite TV show. 5. Feel like a criminal from the moment you enter the front door. To sum it up. If you are an introvert who likes minimal interactions with grouchy people in a questionable environment then this is the store for you. Enjoy!

I do not work at home depot. How are you trying to build customer/employee interaction yet prioritize self checkout? Offer a 10% discount for self checkout and I'd be okay with you saving money on not employing a person to perform the task and passing the saving onto the customer.

I needed a certain soil for the greenhouse which wasn't on the shelf. I asked if any more was going to be going to be ordered so the cashier checked inventory on her computer and found there were many bags available which were stored on the top shelf requiring a forklift. She contacted the team who promptly took a large forklift, removed a pallet and brought them to the garden area. They loaded the bags I needed on the cart, chatted with me for a couple of minutes and I left happy and with everything needed. All the employees were excellent.

Always have what I need, and best pricing. In today's world, that level is hard to beat.

Got issue resolved about current maximum balance limit and was able to get most necessary items to complete home projectd

Most of the time there only 1 cashier.

Whenever I need something to repair my house or cars, I check here first. I’m grateful to have access to such a great resource near by.

Our previous Honda mower lasted 18 years and was normally a one pull start. I fully expect this to be the same. There are changes for the good amounting to a lever you run forward or back for mulch or bag and no longer having to adjust wheel/blade heigth on all four wheels.

This store is accessible right off the main road as well as clean and inviting. The lot is clean and isn't full of homeless RVs or transient loiterers. The restrooms were taken care of and lots of cart options were available. As a woman and mother of small children, I feel comfortable walking in myself or taking my children with me to the store.

A guy in flooring helped named Kaiser great job. Though my Military Discount did take on my receipt that is why I Hate Selfcheck Out! Why can’t we have Real People checking the people out? Now I have to come back and get my Military Discount adjusted. Sick of Self Check Out !
