The associate listened carefully and gave me options relating to quality, thread type, etc. Also showed me exactly where to go and was very friendly and helpful. Checking out was also very efficient and friendly.

I was in a hurry to find a part for my husband who was fixing our kitchen faucet and I was in and out of the store in record time. Everyone was very helpful and the parts were extremely easy to find. This included that I was able to find the part on line directing me to the exact row and bin where I could find what I needed. Thanks to everyone who helped me.

The store always has what I need to compete household projects.

I find that Home Depot always has better prices than I see at Lowes. You also have more selection on tools and accessories than I could expect.Thank You|

experience was what I expected, everything I needed at the right price.

We were looking for a table lamp so we came to Home Depot first. We normally find what we need there. We found the lamp we wanted with the help of a associate. It was just what we wanted at a price less than we expected.

A very nice lady in returns was amazing and graciously gave me a 10% customer appreciation discount on purchased items! She rocks! I had a balance owed of .32 cents for the new items I was purchasing. Rather than making me swipe my card or break a $20 she actually gave me money back! Now that's exceptional customer service. Nice to have people working for a company that think outside the box and show appreciation to the customer. Thank you!

The store was clean, laid out as I expected from other stores I've visited, and uncluttered. It's not always easy to find associates on a Saturday morning, but it only took a moment the two times I needed assistance (two different people) and they were helpful and took me right to the area where I could find what I needed. I always choose Home Depot because the continuity between stores sets me up to have my expectations met every time.

The option to cut the blinds to specific length is great. Saves a ton of money. I was pleased with associate knowledgeability and explanation how to fit the blinds in a right way.

This is my favorite Home Depot location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The associate in Paint and my cashier at my last visit were both so kind and went the extra mile for me.

Overall the store seen cluttered and disorganized boxes carts and merchandise and pallets in the aisles displays torn down and cluttered around the service desk's no employees to assist when I went to find employees they couldn't page for anyone nor did they seem interested in even helping

Do NOT be in a hurry when you go to this store as finding a associate on the floor that can help you find items is almost impossible . If you are lucky to find one that is working and not talking to other associates be ready for the associate to just point and give you an aisle number whether it is correct or not. I have had this experience too many times to recommend this particular store to anyone. I would like to shop at this Puyallup store as it is closer to me but not being able to find items ( I was looking for exterior trim board) and the lack of anyone to help is driving me to go to McClendon or to Lowe's

I recently ordered blinds from a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient associate named Vickie. In the last several years it seems to me that good customer service is not a top priority anymore in many stores. I was very happy to find that's not true at Home Depot.

I was there to purchase a washer and dryer set that I had researched online and Home Depot had the best price available on this item. I had recently purchased a full kitchen of appliances from Home Depot and did not experience the lack of customer service I experienced this visit. There was one sales associate that was involved with questions with another customer that went on for over ten minutes or more and I was not acknowledged or asked if she could get another associate for me. There was an associate at the desk in the appliance area that totally ignored me until finally I approached him and he asked in a rather surly manner "do you have a question". I ended up purchasing the item I came for but was disgusted with the lack of courtesy and customer appreciation. The sales associates were not young people so I would think they would realize the importance of acknowledging a customer by saying "I'll be with you as soon as possible or I will find another associate for you".

We recently updated our kitchen and the associates that helped us were great in offering ideas to help us figure out what we wanted. We ended up adding beadboard to the sides of our existing cabinets and painting them with Behr Ultra (Ivory Lace), replacing the countertops with Giallo Fiorito granite, replacing the sink with Kraus 32W x 19D x 10H single stainless steel sink and replacing the faucet with Delta Cassidy faucet in the bronze color. We love our new kitchen and Home Depot made it possible!

My only issue is that this store doesn't offer equipment rental. Otherwise Great Store.

Requested assistance from store associate in customer service area, she stated that she would ask lawn and gaeden associate to provide require assistance. Associate never came, after over 10 minutes waiting , I decided to purchase something other than desired item. additionally, when checking out at lawn and garden department, there was a lot of confussion, I was told rudely to go to other side to check out; once at the other side, I was asked again to go back to first cash register to complete transaction. Needless to say this was a poor experience. hence the rating provided.

Linda H. provided excellent customer service in the appliance department. She was knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased two appliances here after comparing prices and service at several retailers in the area. We will definitely return to Home Depot soon!

I have been to most of the hardware stores around the Tacoma area and the Puyallup - South Hill store is the best by far.

The store is organized differently than most, if not all the other HD that I go to from CA to OR to WA. The CMU blocks are outside in gardening while others have them in building next to the cement/concrete products. The cashier in gardening was on his phone and had the door of his little 'toll booth' shut, although he assisted me straight away in checking out, it just shows his work ethics and his care for his job. Most other HD that I have gone to, the gardening cashier although attending to their primary duties are sweeping the areas around their 'toll booths', straightening seeds, plants or other 'last minute items', just keeping busy, this guy was on his phone, texting or playing a game or whatever. I had a bunch of concrete blocks and he didn't even offer to call for assistance to help me load, just shut his little door and went back to his phone. Although size of store may be the reason for the blocks to be outside, the customer service was poor. Due to this visit, I would recommend others to take the little extra drive over to the Spanaway store like I plan to do until I can see a change. Sorry for the bad review, but this was my current experience at this store at this time.

Associates at this store will acknowledge your existence by greeting you and looking you in the eye when you pass by them on the aisles. Their competition could take a lesson from them in this category. They will ask if you need help locating anything but will not pressure you to buy. Lesa, Paul and Mike are a few very helpful associates. Their are many others. I have only had one negative employee experience in the 15 years I have gone to this store. It involved one employee speaking unprofessionally about another employee in front of me. Returning products after completing a big job was a snap. This store rates fair on cleanliness mainly because they have vermin roaming the interior garden / grill area. They likely come over from Walmart after shopping. Wear rubber bands on your pant legs.
