It was at first difficult to find some items but the employees made me feel at ease with the layout of the store. They were friendly and easy to talk to. Great shopping experience.

I'm retired AF. Military receive a 10% discount. Being on a budget it sure helps. I'm a home owner recently replacing a hot water tank from Puyallup Home Depot it is our place to go everything we need is in this store. A one shop stop! We found employees friendly and helpful as I was looking at the many tanks to choose from. Very happy with our purchase.

STORE WAS VERY BUSY BUT THERE WERE LOTS OF EMPLOYEES OFFERING TO ASSIST US. FRIENDLY CASHIER. MINIMAL QUESTIONS REGARDING QUANTITY AND NO ISSUE LOCATING PRICES IF TAGS WERE NOT AFFIXED TO THE PRODUCT. WOULD BE RETURNING TO THE STORE TO MAKE ADDITIONAL PURCHASES.

Friendly in the paint department, helpful, knowledgeable and makes you fill at home shopping, The department was clean and organized although being shopped during the day.

If you have a plumbing issue late in the day, Puyallup Home Depot is the place to go. Eric knows everything about plumbing and is very helpful.

The store is clean as always but in some isles it is a little dark because they are cluttered..example: like the plumbing and electric isle. Also overall around the store it is sometimes hard to navigate because of all the stuff sitting out in the way. The associates are always friendly and I like it that if I ask a question they might not have the answer to, there is no hesitation in going to find out the answer. Over all I have always liked the store.

I apparently punched the wrong button. I am LIKELY to shop at the Puyallup store again.

Love this home depot but on this occasion an employee was having an medical issue and other employees appeared to laugh while only 1 appeared to offer help. Someone should of informed a supervisor, this appears to be a problematic culture that should be fixed. If it was a customer would of they laughed? They laughed at a sick teammate..

This is my goto Store as the staff is always helpful and the store is organized and clean most times i'm in. Understanding that shipments need to be delt with so sometimes the store aisles may be full but it's always a great experience when i shop

I have 4 years of military service and am a Vietnam Veteran. I was disappointed today to learn I can no longer get a 10% military discount at this store because my ID is not good enough. They do not accept my drivers license with a "Veteran" stamp on it nor do they accept an actual copy of my DD-214 discharge papers. I have shopped at this store for years and prefer it over Lowes but my experience today is making me reexamine my stores. Lowes has me in their database and automatically gives me 10% military discount without ID. I'm disappointed with Home Depot and somewhat angered. They profess to "honor veterans" but really DON'T. It would have been better to have never offered a discount than to give me one and then take it away.

This is the best Home Depot store I have ever shopped at! Such enthusiasm for the customer and they treat you like your project has the same priority as they would give it as if your project was their own! I had an idea what I wanted and they were able to steer me to better material and design concepts than I was thinking of on my own. I got great advise and they always remember you from prior shopping experiences so when you go in you do feel like a valued customer!

i shop there a lot, it fast to find electrical products, people are easy and friendly and very well organized. I'm a contractor,and use reseller permit to get electrical product for most of my job there.

Employees have always been plentiful and helpful whenever I've been there. Products are usually easy to find, but sometimes they are on the top shelf (Power tool stock) and be sure to check the end caps as not all tools (even same kind/brand) are necessarily in the same area. This isn't really any issue, you may just have to go to the end caps, or an isle over to find everything.

ALWAYS HAVE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WHEN SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT - EMPLOYEES ALWAYS PLEASANT AND HELPFUL
