Dont go to Midwest City - they are the worst store! People rude, store messy and they will treat you like you dont have money to buy!!!

Twice when engage in the contract with Home Depot we ordered carpet and padding and since we was doing the install they informed us a week later the order was cancel after we has a schedule to have it installed that we had to pay double the price for the padding. They couldn't cut it to size after they ups old us on the one we ordered. That was waste I couldn't use or sale. 3 days later it was straight ordered and received a week later put us two weeks behind on our home project and cost us additional cost with our private contractor. Then we went in to purchase a gas range and overhead microwave. Our Home Depot card was not working so we card and customers service informed the associate and department manager that the available was there and we could do a manual transaction. They choose to write the ticket and promise us to returned to get our sale price within the 24 hours since the sale was ending that night. Return the very next day and both the sales associated and department manager informed us they couldn't input the items we wanted but can sale us some other low end clearance product. We ask why did they promise us and they knew it wasn't our fault they couldn't finished the transaction and they responded sorry bro.. We may get in trouble for that so sorry come back during the next sale and proceeded to walk off to assit someone else as me and my wife was still standing there. Lack honestly, lack commitment to customers, poor customer service.

HD has almost everything and has knowledgable associates.

The store is always clean, aisles are easy to maneuver around. Staff is friendly without being in your face. I like that the employees are varied ages and nationalities. My only problem is my husband could spend hours looking at everything!!!!!!
