I purchased carpet, wanting to take advantage of the free carpet removal & install. Carpet installer came. He was offended I had my wifi plugged in & cord on the ground. I do not have a cell phone so I have to keep wifi plugged in if I am expecting a call. (VOIP phone) He sees I have pets. He goes to his car, drives off, & has his supervisor call me to cancel the job. I had to call Home Depot back to get a refund. He said if I have pets I have to remove the carpet and deep clean the floor before buying carpet. No one could have told me this BEFORE today? Someone came by to do measurements a few weeks ago. Someone could have told me this THEN. When processing the refund, I felt the person I spoke to was cold. No discussion. No options. It took me 10 days non-stop moving my house of 20 years - just to be treated like a piece of cattle.

I love this store and the people that work there very polite willing to help and go above and beyond to help you especially miss cruz in the customer service dept always happy smiling very knowledgeable it makes me going there worth it.

Cruz and Cassandra went out of their way to recommend that I join the Pro program and showed me all the ways I can use it in the app to track my purchases and earn points . I had never been told by anyone about this program and I have 2 home depot credit cards. The ladies were so helpful and nice and made me feel special as a customer which doesn’t happen often in big box stores I frequent.

Nick from Electrical area is Great! He gave us advice on what we were working on @our Home. He also guided us to the Best brand electrical products. Very patient & answered all of doubts. I give him 5 stars ! Also the Paint employees Jayme & Mr.Kevin they are so Awesome!!!! Very helpful with everything we asked for and the colors we were looking for our new home. We also give them 5 stars! We Love this Location! God bless all of these Hard working employees!!..... Yay!

The employee are wonderful! They are always around to help and answer any questions you may have. I recommend this Home Depot over the others in Las Vegas.

The staff in this store is so very helpful. If you have challenges with either online or in store purchase - all of the staff is extremely polite and helpful. I could not ask for better help or assistance. They are perfect.

I was in hardware just trying to match hanger bolts to repair an old bed frame. A male employee was in the isle but was unable or unwilling to assist when I asked for help. Two other customers were requesting help and it was announced overhead. While looking through the hanger bolts, the non-assisting male employee was called away to get his review. He came back moments later as did a female employee and they openly were discussing the raise they received. Customers were still waiting for assistance but were being ignored. I lost my job because of the pandemic. I've never written a complaint before in my life but was HIGHLY irritated by their open conversation. They should have gone somewhere else. They're lucky to still have jobs let alone be getting a pay increase! All while not assisting the customers around them. I'm not sure I selected the correct product and the store was short on supply so I could not get enough. I should have just left and gone somewhere else. I'll go out of my way to not return to this store again even though it's closest to me, I'll definitely seek out other avenues for my hardware needs. I'm done with big box stores and poor service.

Choice Home Warrantee dragged me around 8 days w/o Water Heater fix to deny responce, call backs left messages, only appt for review not until November. So Sad, too bad that Finally in dispute still would have been 2 weeks on an emergency! Home Depo rescued me. 24 hours had it replaced plus delivered an installed. They are Miracle Workers. The phone call was directed, emails sent an was very professional taking my fear an stress away with confidence they said "We will take care of you"!

I am a manager for my company and customer service is always the number one priority, which I always look out for. Cameron is a good employee that provided excellent customer service. People make the difference when you can buy the same products anywhere else.

Spent 1+ hour inside and purchased more than 20 articles. Not a single friendly face. Not sufficient items in stock. Not a single helpful stare, no one to be found for assistance except cashier. When help found, answers were short, vague, unhelpful, uninterested, uninformed. Really bad experience last night at Home Depot. Will share this in social media also since it is the truth today.

I bought a windows a/c unit online to pick up at the store. They had it ready for pick up in less than 30 minutes. Pick up was simple and easy. The unit plug was not compatible with the outlets in my house. The employees were so nice and helpful in taking the unit back even though we had totally opened and ripped the box. The were also helpful in assisting with the new unit and gave us a discount because it was missing a part. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They made my three trips there for one thing very pleasant and kept me calm in the whole process

This particular Home Depot offers the best services for all my remodeling needs! I am consistently pleased with the service of the staff, and if I need help finding something one of the staff helps me almost immediately! I am extremely impressed with how easy it is to shop there, and how the staff always tries to make it easy for me to find what I need. This is the best Home Depot in town!

This store has the most impressive team of helpful individuals that I have encountered at any Home Depot. The attitude from the highest level of management to each employee seems to be focused on helping each customer find what they need. I have been impressed with the numbers of times that an employee has helped me find the right product for the job I was completing. I know that when I go to this Home Depot I will be received with a willing attitude to help without hesitation!

I think I said it all. This store was very comfortable walking through it and the employees were very helpful and pleasant to me through the store. This was not the Home Depot in my neighborhood, in Henderson, however, because of the polite treatment in the customer service department in from of the store, and for the man who directed me to the rug department, and for your employee. "COREY's" manager, I would come back to this store again.....

You or whoever owns the property need to install Stop signs in the parking lot. I've had more than one near miss because people are in a hurry to go nowhere and don't pay attention to their driving. The word Stop is written on some of the lot but is so faded it's not noticeable

Cannot beat the customer service here. They might not know every single answer to every question, but they will take care of you.
