Amazing store to shop at! Definitely recommend for any issues or concerns to go to marelyn at the service desk!

As I said before if it wasn't for that nice Dan from hardware I would have walked out , and never come back. I don't need to spend over and hour waiting to be waited on in patio furniture. Employee's all were smiling at me , but nobody would go out of their way to get me help.

order on line pickup few days later the guys made sure my wood was a good pick when i stopped.

LeShawn who is one of the mangers is a huge asset to this store. If you have any problems ever, please ask to talk to him. He is one of the most helpful store employees I’ve ever encountered. He price matched an in-store item to a similar online item not in the store, we didn’t even ask him to do this. He helped us in various departments, including plumbing, siding and garden. Truly an employee Home Depot should be proud to call theirs. He should be promoted!

I have 4 Home Depots within short driving distances. I usually pick the Mt. Prospect store because I think the employees are always very friendly and happy to help, not only with product info but also project advice.

The Randhurst store has a top-notch employees. They go above and beyond and helped me to locate the product I was looking for. The store was clean and organized. The associates were very friendly and helpful!

I have been in Mount Prospect for 16 years and I think this is the best customer service overall I have ever witnessed at Home Depot at Randhurst.

I absolutely had a great experience today at randhurst home depot. My husband and I were debating on which ceiling fan to get and an associate must have heard us and he kindly came over and offered some information that made our choice easy. We also again weren't sure about a price and another associate saw us a bit confused and figured out our problem. It was nice to see employees that anticipate a problem and want to help before we even asked. Awesome service and plenty of workers around.

If you have any questions about the product, always ask for help and respond immediately. I do not wait long when I pay for the product.

Very clean store, good and polite sales and cashiers

The workers are very helpful and friendly, the store has great big signage which makes it easily to find a department. Well stocked, and I love picking some hotdogs on the way out.

My neighborhood Home Depot store is awesome! Great location, easy to get in and out of. The store is clean and organized. The experienced staff is knowledgable, helpful and pleasant. On my last visit I had 2 associates offer to help me find and select the products best for my needs. I left with a feeling of confidence that I had made the right purchase, not always the case for me as I am only a weekend warrior when it comes to home improvement. Very refreshing!

The store is normally excellent for the associates and products. They are very helpful when it comes to questions.

Recently remodeled, the store appears more spacious and is always very clean and tidy. Plus they added a fresh coffee kiosk (as in it grinds the beans each time!) that is a real nice touch. Don't be surprised if you are greeted nicely several times while in the store.
