I love this store because they have all the right tools and brands I want. Every one is very well mattered there.

I was approached about a survey in the store. I was promised a gift card after I answered a few questions. I agreed but clarified I would get a gift card right after answering questions. I finished the survey and did not get a gift card. I was told I would receive a phone call to verify my info and then would be given a gift card. I got the call but need to agree to a home inspection. I HATE the bait and switch used by these people. I shop at another store from now on. I don't think I'm an easy target but was amazed these liars were in the store.

My bedroom Anderson sliding door was installed yesterday and I’m very happy with the product. When I say do your homework as I found a great sliding door, the Anderson 400 on a special sale price as advertised. Because the slider was mass produced and not customize I saved quite a bit of money and got a great product. I also was fortunate enough to have a great installer from Home Depot.

This is not my usual Home Depot since I live in Marana Arizona. But I was on my way to a geological dig with the gem and mineral society. I Thought it might be a good idea to buy kneepads. So I stopped on the way to grab some. When I walked in the door Two salesman were there and greeted me and asked me if they could help and I asked them where are the knee pads? They asked me why I needed them and suggested that I get a foam pad instead because the kneepads might be too constricting for me. I definitely agreed. Right, where they were standing was a box of these particular foam pads, but it was too large for me and would not fit in my backpack. So they offered to cut it for me. And then, they punched a hole in one of the corners for me and attached a clip so that I could attach it to my backpack. That way I wouldn’t even have to put it inside my backpack. And they saved me money because I know the kneepads cost more than that foam pad! They did this very quickly and efficiently and were very friendly. i’ve never had such great service at any Home Depot. Usually, I have to go hunt somebody down to help me. The other thing I love about Home Depot is that they will load things in my car for me like water softening potassium for example which are very very heavy for me. But I didn’t need that this trip. I just wanted to throw that in! I regret not having gotten the names of the two gentlemen, but I’m sure that somewhere in the Home Depot information they have that. I thanked them profusely and I was very impressed.

No matter what I need; the staff always offers to help and checks in with me. I am always greeted with a smile and acknowledge. The products are top shelf. As a women I can always ask for advice or help and my concerns and needs are taken care of and resolved. Thank you very much to your employees at the Home Depot at 650 N 54th St, Chandler, AZ 85226!

After speaking with the sales person and discussing our needs with him we decided that the LG combo would be the best option for our son, ego is in a wheelchair.

I’ve been visiting the Home Depot on Ray Road for years. I consistently find the products I need at competitive prices. My questions are always answered by a friendly store associate who has some relevant experience.

Don't do a delivery!!! Our experience was not a good one!

My son and I stopped into this location several times for a race project and were impressed that we had so many store associates that actually were eager to help! We started looking at power tools and found help with Milwaukee pro Taya. She carried all of the knowledge and know how to help us out and represented Milwaukee very well! The service I received was appreciated and very helpful.

My wife dropped by Home Depot needing a short length (a few inches) of 50-amp copper wire for a small art project and the employee cut her the few inches she needed from some scrap wiring for free. Terrific service all the time.

When your washer breaks down and you have a lot of people to clothe, it’s a heavy situation. Especially when you weren’t planning to spend money. I ran into this store right before closing, with my family in tow and I was greeted and taken care of as if they had all the time (and patience) in the world. Meeting understanding and helpful people when you are stressed out is a great relief and I thank this store for being what we needed, when we needed it!

Go somewhere else this is the worst home depo in the valley

Customer service at the store was very helpful. I love the Ray Rd. Home Depot.

I bought the Milwaukee M18 blower/trimmer combo and the battery that should have been included in the kit had been removed. The box for it had been cut open and was empty. Not sure if it was a return and someone swiped the battery or if it happened on the shelf in the store. Either way, I look like the crook when I go back and tell them it’s missing and I want to exchange it.

My 5.5 year old Rheem water heater started leaking. Rheem was helpful in debugging but ultimately concluded it needed to be replaced. They entered info into a database and HD helped with the rest. Helped carry it out of the back of my wagon and helped get a suitable replacement. I was very happy with the overall experience.

Paint department is a wealth of knowledge. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

This store regularly TAKES CARE of the plants in the Garden Cntr-- they're watered, placed safely, and beautifully displayed. RJ.--a young man employee there, is pleasant and helpful--making a great shopping experience.

Getting assistance is easy, fast and stressless. Lots of smiles and helpful advice. I was never made to feel stupid.

I found his experience with me, as customer service use to be years ago, just like it was years ago! thank him again!
