I found everything I needed with help from a couple of associates who were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The only negative was only one checkout line open and I had to wait what seemed like a long time for help loading my vehicle. The store was clean and well organized with plenty of store associates working. I do recommend this store and will continue to shop there.

This store is busy and sometimes have to wait your turn to speak with a store associate, but once you have them they are very helpful and even give their recommendations

I have noticed a huge difference in Debbie's customer service for the better. She is much more engaging and pleasant. It was an extreme pleasure to have her assistance.

AS ALWAYS, THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, BRANDON THE MANAGER ONCE AGAIN MADE SURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF. I WAS IN NEED OF A PRODUCT IN THE BACK ON PALLETS AND HE SENT SOMEONE BACK TO FIND IT, KNOWING IT COULD TAKE AN HOUR TO DIG THRU IT ALL. THANKFULLY THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND IT IN A MATTER OF MINUTES AND I WAS ABLE TO FINISH MY JOB SO I COULD GO OUT OF TOWN. THAT PRODUCT WAS CRUCIAL FOR ME TO HAVE AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I COMPLETED MY JOB.

AS USUAL, I FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND WAS OFFERED HELP UPON ENTERING THE STORE.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn Home Depot is willing to match the prices of other stores. I didn't realize they were so willing to accommodate customers in this way, yet I shouldn't be surprised because I usually learn something new while shopping at Home Depot. On my latest visit the price matching policy gave me the ability to buy a few other things I needed and saved me from making an additional trip elsewhere. The cashier was very helpful and the sales floor associates were patient and helpful too. I really like Home Depot and for several years now, I have preferred it over any other store of its kind.

What I like about Home Depot compared to other similar big box stores is that there is just the right amount of merchandise. It is organized in a way that it is easy to find and it is displayed in a way that one can clearly see it, without all kinds of promotional signs, flyers, aisle displays and other distractions. Also there is no obnoxious music blaring overhead, and no loudspeaker interrupting every 2 minutes with an announcement. It is a much more pleasant place to shop.

I visit store often. Went in for specific items which were easy to locate. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Every time I visit this store, the staff is so friendly and helpful. I'm a small petite woman and one day when I walked in with a flat cart the cart associate noted it and made a comment that I must be buying something big. I told him I needed 40lb water softener salt and asked if he could tell me where it was. He told me, then asked if he could help me load it on my cart, which I gladly accepted the offer of his assistance. After he loaded the salt, he told me to ask an associate at checkout to assist loading in my car, but I didn't have to do that because they offered before I could ask. After getting to the car, I realized I couldn't find my cell phone. I went back to the store to see if I left it by the salt or at the cash register, but couldn't find it. An associate told me to check with customer service to see if it had been turned in there. When I checked with them, they hadn't seen it either, but a kind associate offered to call it, which he did. I asked if he would go out to my car with me and call it as it may have fallen into an area where I couldn't see it. Sure enough! It had slipped under my tissue box in my console. I never would have found it or thought to look there! What a friendly bunch at that Home Depot!

I WAS LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC COLOR OF RED PAINT SAMPLE TO TAKE HOME TO MY HUSBAND. BRIAN IN THE PAINT AND WALLCOVERINGS DEPT FOUND THE EXACT SHADE I WANTED! I WENT INTO THE GARDEN DEPT. AND STEPHANIE V. WAS VERY PATIENT EXPLAINING THE WEEDKILLER INGREDIENTS TO ME, AND THEN OFFERED TO HELP ME AT THE REGISTER. THE WHOLE TIME STEPHANIE WAS SMILING, AND FUNNY! THANK YOU STEPHANIE AND BRIAN FOR MAKING MY ERRAND ENJOYABLE!

I was extremely happy with my purchase of a appliance. Sales person was there to help me right away. Enjoyed his friendliness and speed in my purchase.

We had exceptional Nordstrom-like customer service during the many visits to the Ray Road Home Depot. We purchased a new home and had many things to buy... carpet, washer, dryer, etc. the couple of issues we had were handled promptly, professionally and without hassle. I left the store many times and said out loud, "I cannot believe the service that store provides!" Keep it up!

The gentleman working in the paint section are wonderful. They are quick, friendly and knowledgeable.

On my visit to the store on 05 / 06 / 15 I encountered a young lady by the name of Jen who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my purchase I have been a customer of Home Depot for more than 20 years. In this particular visit I was more than satisfied because of an action jen took upon herself to make my shopping experience more pleasurable and hassle-free. This action may be small to some but it was a great deal of help to me. What Jen did was ask if I would like a copy of the screenshot from Home Depot . Com that itemized my purchase which made my material list that much easier to manage. in all my years I have never been asked this question and I felt that she had gone above and beyond her call of duty which was a very pleasant experience for me overall. At this point the store manager Brandon came over to the service counter where he greeted me with a friendly greeting and also assisted in my ordering .Best HD trip ever. Thank U Jen & Brandon . V. As usual, Kenny and Judy were both excellent informative and helpful. They kept me from making a huge mistake by picking the wrong tree and bush. I came in to price them and after advising me on the products, I have a better idea of what will work and it will not only cost less, but save me money on less water and less work on maintaining them as well.

The store was extremely hot. Other customers and even the employees complained about it. There was a very friendly and helpful gentleman who helped me purchase 18 gallons of paint. But there were two more customers behind me who waited more than one hour to receive help, because there were not enough employees available. One customer walked away because it was taking so long. If I had not been the first person in line, I would not have waited. As I looked around to find the check out, there were only three self-check out available. I had to go to customer service to get checked out. The person there was friendly and loaded the paint into my car. I understand that employees are an employer's biggest cost, but losing customers because you don't have enough employees is not a good business practice.

I had many items to purchase and was able to get everything I needed easily!

Adam Greenwood really stepped up to the plate to make sure my buying experience was informative, convenient, and efficient. His warmth and friendly demeanor were both genuine and heart felt. I hope to meet more like him in my coming visits to Home Depot stores around the valley.

Christine was very helpful. Had a lot attendant ready to load my material before I was even done checking out.

Buyer beware! The customer is not "right" here. Paint dept. recommended the worst paint in my opinion, and will not take it back. Behr Premium plus has taken me 4 coats to cover (so far), it would have been a far better option to prime first (cheaper) and then paint. Paint and primer in one is a hoax and forget about them doing anything about it.

Employees at this store are always helpfull and cheerfull which makes every trip to your store very fun. I have always been greeted with a smile and willingness by the employees to help me find what makes me happy in the store.Thank you for your cheerfullness, it brightens my day every time.

I enjoy the friendly service and smiles, they are eager to help you with all your needs and I love when they share their knowledge with me in most situations they simplify my task with the information I receive and I am able to get the right items all in one visit making my day less stressful and my work more enjoyable.
