Once again I would like to thank everyone at the pro desk for all your help and making every trip a pleasant one. Thank you Tom, Bill, Richie and Curt. You guys help a lot and understand what I'm looking for and do a great job at getting whatever it is I need. Also thank you Jim for all your help loading, always with a smile. thank you all so much!

store is clean but the aisles are nearly impossible to walk through....

There are HD personnel everywhere in the store. usually busy with tasks or helping another shopper. It is always easy to get info or find a product. Much more pleasant than at other stores where you can never find anyone to help.

Store is very clean and staff helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the products and service at Home Depot.

I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.

Easy check-out and friendly staff at Reading store.

Too often we find big box stores filled with employees who just don't know what the products are, or how to use them. Not so in the Reading, MA HOME DEPOT, where I find friendly, knowledgeable associates well trained in customer service and happy to be there and of service to customers. Bravo!

I was looking for an unusual water filter for my refrigerator. The store associate that helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and able to cross reference part numbers so we could locate the proper replacement filter that was in stock. He also gave me helpful tips on installation and future replacement requirements

The availability of the BUBBLE WRAP that I needed.

Cashier didn't agree with the manager's decision to give me a refund and argued with his manager right in front of me. Then he was reprimanding me. The manager had to go behind the cashier stand to finish the refund but the cashier kept on complaining and being extremely activated with my refund of the transaction. The kicker is the manager Jack didn't even apologize for his employee's ridiculous attitude and temper tantrum. It's such a shame that someone like this can be employed at Home Depo. Usually they are so helpful and supportive but this man (id AKL2RJ, name Alexander) was extremely unprofessional and other customer were just amazed this was occurring.

I needed to recycle a flourescent tube and the service area folks were most helpful

everything needed was available, store was well stocked

Only 4 stores because the place was mobbed and it took a while to check out. Otherwise another great trip to HD

I was a Home Depot fan before the store was built. Now with one so close it's great to have a ready source for building supplies,home furnishings and appliances all in one location!

I needed to hava a key made. It took me little time to find a store associate to assist me. Thanks Home Depot!

Great bargains for Mulch.....5 for $10....Staff always helpful and there when you need them .

The store is large and well arranged. Tool section is so arranged so as to be able to see items in stock.

I shop here frequently and Tom and Gary at the Pro desk are such a tremendous help. They make sure I get everything I need. They make every trip to the store a pleasant one. And then when you get outside to load, Jim is always there with a smile and eager to help. I truly enjoy this Home Depot and try to do all my shopping at this one.

I have been to the store so much I know my way around. The only problem is shortage of associates especially in the morning. Also, many of the associates lack the expert knowledge to guide me. Home Depot used to have associates who had experience in the trades. Those are few in the store these days.

Cleaner and brighter than most. Happy associates. Excellent assistance at check out. Parking lot looking good for this time of year. Carts actually steer where you want them to go.

Great visit today. Everything I needed was in stock.

Management staff not helpful to customers. Instead of helping customers, they seem to give them hard time. I get the worst experience at this store compare to all other HD stores.

I like how early the store is open. Today the parking lot was a sheet of ice a very poor clean up job.
