Garbage store. If you can actually find an employee to help you they're the most miserable people on the planet and act like you're a bother. I'd say 1 out of 10 times I go there I actually get an employee who's friendly and can answer my question.

I tried to purchase a water heater and arrange installation at the store. The customer service folks there on Saturday 6/22 in the morning were not able to complete the transaction. One said that she had 3 other things to do before she could help and passed it to a person that was willing but not trained enough to do the transaction. I had chosen the model I wanted, it was in stock and just needed the installation arranged. I left the store and called the installer directly where I was treated perfectly. Not a good experience going to the store.

Excellent store with outstanding customer service. I found everything I need with short time.

Went in to Reading HD find a lawn mower, and was greeted by a friendly associate who confirmed the Honda to be a great choice. He helped me load the mower onto the cart, which he has just brought to the aisle. The Cashier offered a HD credit card, which allowed me to save $25 on the purchase just for signing up. What's not to like?

The store is clean and staff is friendly, especially Bill in gardening! He is friendly and makes the check out process enjoyable! This location usually has the items I am looking for and if not staff is willing to locate item when needed.

I requested for assistance and in return I was laughed at and embarrassed. I will never shop here again.

Needs to have a wider range of items like the Tewksbury store. Also better tracking of inventory.

This store is always clean and has tons of inventory. If you need something in a hurry, this is the place to go. The cashier Eleanora is especially helpful if you need any help finding the right tool for the job. Great customer service every time!

Overall a very good store. I encountered one cashier that was outstanding! His name is Yogesh. He was so very helpful and knowledgeable.

I shop this particular store all the time because I know where things are and can find what I need. If I could make Home Depot listen to one thing it would be this, all your stores should be set up the same way by aisles . This way no matter what Home Depot your customers were shopping at they’d know what aisle to go to and where to find the item.

Always quick in and out experience. Well staffed, always engaged with customers whether I need assistance or not. The addition and enhancement of self checkout with hand held device to scan products makes this my home improvement store of choice....it blows the nearby blue store out of the water

The store has the worst customer service ever!, unfortunately, even managers of departments lake the ability to communicate, promises made by store manager was never kept! I will never shop there again will advice everyone I am networking with to not to!, I will definitely share my bad experience with everybody on the social media along with names of the individuals I dealt with beginning with customer service representative, Sharon expedite issues handler, assistant manager and finally the store manager.

The lady that greets you when you first walk in is very professional and informative.

Very pleasant experience getting information and purchasing a new bottom freezer refrigerator. Employee's did exactly what they should to make my visit hassle free.

This store cannot cut boards to length properly. The cut off saw was off 1/2" can cut 61" boards requested as 60.5". Recalibrate the saw table and stop wasting customers' precious time! I had to tell the assistant to cut the boards to 61.5 inches to get the 61" length required which he could not figure out on his own. That cost HD another 4 wasted board cuts that were too short before I explained how to compensate for their saw table error. The store should be able to cut a board to within a 1/8" of a requested length. This is embarrassing to the Home Depot and a very poor customer relations policy shortfall. The 1 star rating applies to this service and not all aspects of the store.

Alan in hardware and Steve in flooring fixed my lock problem.They were pleasant and efficient. They made the day a pleasant experience.

Why do you reserve parking spaces close to the entrance for rental trucks? Give us seniors a break you reserve spaces for various otherreasons that make us old timers have to walk further away.
