Sadly I had a horrible experience at Home Depot in Red Bluff tonight. The person working in the garden department was rude beyond belief. Normally everyone at this store is polite and helpful so this was definitely the exception, but I feel that the service from Tatjana was so poor that I needed to write a bad review. Hopefully she is either reprimanded or relieved of her position. The store was clean and well stocked though, and the product I bought is nice and very reasonably priced.

Great store! The Pro-Desk is very professional, knowledgeable. Great employees! I spoke to Mike and Logan at the desk and they really know their stuff! I'm going to be re-building in the Paradise CA area were the Camp Fire burned through, will be shopping at the Red Bluff Pro-Desk for all of my construction needs!

The Store was clean even though shelves were being restocked, the employees were quick to let you pass and it didn't make you feel all crowed..like last minute Christmas shopping..! It was casual and stress less...We had to ask for directions towards a certain tool, and was escorted there, and they made sure it was what we were looking for..We were out for a drive from Chico, and ended up here at Red Bluff Home Depot!

Overall, this store has most of the items that are necessary for the most critical home and building improvements. Additionally, most construction related work and repairs can be accomplished by using Home Depot products. The store does have a variety of good products of the most widely used brand names and they can usually get special items if they are not in the store within a short period of time. The prices is reasonable and there are a number of discount mechanisms favorable to customers who frequently shop at the store. Again, the products do have good warranties and extended warranties. So check them out for your next important project or for that important piece of material or hardware.

Very impressed with the attitude, promptness and courteous attention give by the staff from beginning to end. Especially, liked Jeremy's going above and beyond to assist us. Robin is a nice, quick and helpful cashier. Products were easy to find and the store was clean and orderly.

I have found the employees at the Red Bluff Home Depot to be very helpful and friendly.

The store has great customer service people. Even if it's not their department they will help you or go get that person. Pauline in appliances is the best.

Overall the employees are very helpful. Sometimes you get an idiot but that's to be expected anywhere.

staff are not as knowledgeable as hired. Some employees spends more time talking among themselves than helping others. I also witness two guys complaining the answer of were the product were, were not were the employee said they were. Very common in store cause I was a victim too at times. The employees act like they are there to collect a pay check instead of helping in the store as they were hired. This store is going down hill

Well I came back to the store for more products and as soon I walked in a worker spotted me and just wanted to help me and give me the best customer service and for a second time " Matt has again provided excellent customer service along with another worker Dan . So the other Home Depot or home improvement stores don't have Matt & Dan.

Martha was great, took my list and went around the store and showed me where everything was and helped me choose the right items. Alex was very patient and helped me with some issues with my pro rewards account.

Item I needed was not in stock, floor model not for sale, was told they all did not work m were display only(right) told 7-10 days for a washing machine. 7-10 days is enough time to fly to China, build one, ship it back and still have time to do a load of laundry. Terrible service period. Go away box store and take your box store attitude with you!!

Great store. I go there often when I visit a family member here in Red Bluff. I am always trying to make things for special needs and they have always gone above and beyond in helping me engineer and find the right materials.

This Red Bluff store has everything. Im happy to be a Home depot customer here. Theres a few names I caught for their customer service skills n kindness, but theres many others. Juan, Cindy, ellen great employees

Employees are rude and non attentive

The best things I like about Home Depot, Red Bluff, CA is that the employees go out of their way to respectfully help when I have questions. I have had so much help when I come into the store. As a women, I don't feel intimidated or judged by the employees and am regarded as a good customer. One thing I would like to see toned down just a bit is the music. Sometimes it can be too load to think or talk with my spouse. When a person is trying to add or subtract measurements or read detailed instructions it can be a bit distracting.

Great store and location in our small town.
