I would like to ‘Thank’ Scott Moore at Home Depot Store #4723 in Redmond, WA because on December 12, 2017, I had just paid (11:17 a.m.) by cash for my purchases at register # 5 and I replaced my money clip with over $400.00 and let the store for my car. I soon discovered I did not have my money clip in my pocket and it had only been about twenty (20) minutes since I had left Home Depot – so immediately returned to the store and spoke with a member of the store management and explained what had happened – he was not able to find out whether anyone had found the money clip. As I could not wait at time, I gave the gentleman my calling card. Less than 10 minutes later I received a call on my cell phone indicating someone at Home Depot had my money clip with all its money still in tack. I spoke with “Bonnie” in the office and expressed my profound relief and offered to give the employee a monetary reward, but Bonnie indicated employees were not allowed to accept rewards for doing the right thing. I was informed by Bonnie that the Home Depot employee Scott Moore was the employee who found my money clip. I hope Home Depot has some form of rewards system for employees who go out of their way to do the right thing. It is very rewarding to know we have such honest individuals around when we really need them. Thank you Scott Moore and Home Depot!!

while this store is always busy with customers walking around and retail associates appear equally busy, they go out of their way to stop what they are doing to answer a question or walk you to a aisle or items I have questions about.

Clean and neat store with friendly and service oriented employees. Easy to find what I needed in the lawn and garden section and used the self check-out. Was in and out quickly. Great experience! Would highly recommend this store location.

Bought frig and stove. Josh’s (specialty supervisor) customer service is second to none!! He helped me weigh different features, pros & cons, and settle on appliances that fit my particular needs and lifestyle. His straight forward and honest approach made the experience all that more pleasant. Evan assisted with paperwork toward the end, and his attitude to help was fantastic. Both guys were sharp and it was obvious they enjoy their jobs. Great assets to Home Depot and a happy customer base!!

Whatever you need, go to Home Depot. Besides finding anything you need, associates are always willing to help you out. I have always enjoyed my visits there.

I came in with a specific light bulb that needed replacing, and an associate named Chuck was able to help me within my first few moments in the store. He took me to the correct aisle and even grabbed the matching bulb for me, keeping my trip short and sweet. I appreciate his quick and effective service!

Find Matt in the paint department, for exceptional service in mixing custom colors. A pleasure doing business with him!

Several employees at this store went above and beyond to help me during my last shopping trip; Josiah offered a discount to compensate me for a long wait time, Colton made the checkout process smooth and quick and Larry assisted me in getting a large item purchases and loaded. And to top it all off - this was on a Saturday!!

Jeremy from paint was very helpful. He assisted me in matching the tint on a deck stain.

Over the last 6 months I have visited the Redmond Store dozens of times. The employees are helpful and patient. Ross in the kitchen/bathroom design helped us design our bathroom remodel. The employees helped me choose the right products and save money. I have made the Redmond Home depot my preferred DIY store.

We, Mr and Mrs Gelzer, Had a good experience purchasing hard flooring for our home. The emp;oyees were very accomodating.

Drove down to the Redmond store after work to shop + buy a tool chest as they had stock listed, and my normal store (Everett) didn't have any. My first surprise was that not only did they have stock, they had about a dozen different models and sizes of rolling tool cabinets assembled to look at. When I picked one, I found an associate, Lion, and he took care of everything: He figured out where the stock was located on the upper storage, coordinated a fork lift team to lower the pallet (everyone was really friendly), and found some help (Jim) to lift the crates off onto flat carts. I should mention the cabinet comes in two boxes, one is 280 lbs, the other 190 lbs, so getting them off the pallet was not easy, but Lion and Jim did all the work while I just stood there holding the cart still. Once the boxes were on carts I figured they were done and I would need to finagle the boxes into my van on my own, but Lion was right behind me pushing the other cart out to my car, and he spent the next 15 minutes with me trying to get the 200+ lb boxes through the door of my van which was about 1/2" too short! We had to maneuver it around through the side and shift the other box to make room. And on top of all of that, by the time the van was loaded up it was after 10pm and the store had closed. Huge effort from Lion helping me out here, I can't thank him enough for sticking with my purchase all the way until my van was loaded! Overall I'm going to be heading down to Redmond for other major purchases in the future; The store and staff blew me away.

A very good store where we can find huge inventory. Almost everything for a home needs.

Store employees are very knowledgeable and helpful!

Now the store has knowledgable personnel to assist customers. Wendell at the entrance of the store, knows everything about the store and answers all questions about client needs. He has an amazing background in home improvement. Store has everything and lots of it.

I purchased a dishwasher online. It was sold through the Redmond store. There was a problem with the order, and I tried calling the store. 45 minutes and nobody picked up the phone - no exaggeration! The same 2 minute hold loop over and over and over... Home Depot's online experience is HORRIBLE... and the hoops they make you jump through if something goes wrong is nuts. What retailer can't accept a return until 48 hours have elapsed -- seriously? And god forbid you actually try to CALL! I had to get in my car and drive 30 minutes to go get the problem fixed. The in-store associate was fine... but geezus!

Team generally very helpful. Recent visit to purchase windows was great. Patrick was awesome! Learned valuable lesson to work with staff on major purchases. Saved major $$$.

The store was top notch on our visit today. Had great service in each department we shopped.. They had everything we needed and more to consider in future visits.

The store, overall, is a fine place to find your items...but the employees are not ALL very versed and educated about the stock they carry. I know the stock, and locations, better than many of the checkers I've encountered.

No one around to help and when I asked for it they acted too busy to find someone. When I finally got an associate to help he started the conversations with, "How can I help you sweetheart?" I told him that was demeaning so he said, "How can I help you young lady/?" I told him there was nothing wrong with "How can I help you?" I was furious but I needed to get my sink and faucet because I had a handyman coming to install it the same afternoon. I am still furious at the denigrating, demeaning, and discriminatory statement. I am still kicking myself for spending any money in that store. Seriously Home Depot get a grip!!!

Every single time I go to this store I can find what I need and the customer service is excellent
