This trip was easy. I just needed a couple of dowels. However, the last time I was there a couple months ago, I needed to talk to somebody about getting cabinets for my laundry room and shades for my living room. I had all the measurements. Unfortunately, no one was available to help me in that department because the consultant was not in. So I left my name and phone number for someone to call me back whenever they were available. I never heard back. I still need those things, so I'm weighing my options on who to go with.

Horrible customer service. No one offered to help me with a heavy load of top soil.

I go in all the time and they have a new cashier Mikey he was very helpful being that he was new and very nice!

We bought a Wash Tower, GE double Oven and a Dishwasher

Paint department is great.

Kitchen Design Agent was excellent at helping us get exactly what we were looking for in our new kitchen and fitting everything together. Thanks

Everytime I go into the HD in Rio Rancho, the customer service reps approach me. They ask me if I need help (I always do). They walk WITH ME to the isle and show me where the product I need is located.

I was recently in this store picking up a few items and needed some help with an issue for something I wanted to purchase. I have to say, I had 3 wonderful employees help me and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. I have NEVER had such good customer service and I commend Home Depot and their outstanding employees!

I went to the store for a Ryobi hedge trimmer. I luckily received assistance from a wonderful and helpful employee, 'Jim' who helped me from start to finish but helped me to receive $100 of Ryobi batteries for free!! I had no idea of the promotion, but I'm so very glad and appreciative of Jim and his help. Home Depot is lucky to have such a great employee.

Super Friendly and helpful staff. Always a warm greeting and a helping hand. Can always find what I’m looking for and end up getting what Wasn’t on this list when surprised with new inventory.

Our Rio Rancho Home Depot is great! It is clean and stocks almost everything needed for home do-ers. Service personnel are friendly and will walk you to an item if you need help finding something. The tool and hardware and tool rental personnel are knowledgeable. Love the garden center!

Dave in the appliance department is totally awesome, he will walk you through all you needs and give you his undivided attention. He should be used as a mentor for all incoming employees. If all employees were trained by someone like home, Home Depot would shine above all.

The store is clean and has a good selection of items. I usually find the items I am looking for. The associates are always willing to help you.

Customer satisfaction is not priority at this location. Associates lacking knowledge and giving inaccurate information is not okay. The stores convenient location is a plus. However, the staff make us reconsider returning.

The items I needed were in stock and employees were very helpful. I had to drive a bit to get to this store, but it was well worth it. I appreciate the cleanliness and crisp look of this store.

everyone is always friendly in the store. And there are actually employees around to help you find some thing if you can't find it yourself. The cashiers are always always friendly. It's an easy store to shop at. Aside from the prices, which I think could be a little lower, I would give this place five stars for sure.

Location pretty much always have what I need in stock. Always greeted with a smile and so far every associate I asked assistance from was knowledgable in the product and sometimes installations. COVID-19/STAY@HOME DAD From putting up at 100ft wooden fence to rain barrel spigots Home Depot had my back. The associates were friendly and knowledgeable on my ideas from my honey dew list. Just wish I had more money to get the tools to do more of that list. ;)

This store is close to where l live, and l always find what l need, for most of my projects and or repairs. I am currently shopping for a new stuff shed, and l have found the shed that will fit my needs. I will be purchasing the shed in the next few days and will purchase it on my home depot cred card.

A great store, good inventory, adequate clearance appliance choices, nice employees and pleasant customer service.
