If you ever make you way to this store you will be surprised how helpful and nice everyone is. I happened to talk to another customer in line who said he was told this store is the nicest store that home depot has.. he traveled 2 hours and was surprised to agree, this is the nicest home depot store.

Found an employee right away who knew exactly where the item I needed was located. No waiting at checkout. Cashier was friendly and efficient. In an out of store with what I needed in about 10 minutes.

Quickly located wanted items, questions professionally answered, checkout was pleasant and fast!

It's always a pleasure shopping here. The sales associates are particularly helpful and friendly and I always find what I need. The store is very clean and organized and items are easy to find. I love this location!

I purchased two sets of vertical blinds today at the Rio Ranch store. The associate in the window coverings/blinds department was extremely helpful, very friendly, patient, & professional. He toke a great deal of time to measure the blinds correctly; double & triple checking, then cutting them accurately & precisely. I've been in this store many, many times & this was my best experience to date. I must say the service is always great in Rio Rancho. I recommend that you promote this particular associate immediately; his name begins with a M. People like him are very hard to come by in todays world! See you soon. Patrick E. Heise, AIA

This is the smallest location in NM but I found what I was looking for, that I couldn't find at 3 different Lowes or another HD. The plant was in dire need of love and less watering and I was well taken care of by many associates. I was also given a discount on the plant.

I needed a 4X4X8 board for a craft project. I was trying to find one that didn't have cracks or warping. Mike in Lumber saw me struggling to lift the boards and immediately came over to help. He taught me how to look down a board to see if it was straight and then proceeded to go through approximately 25 boards until we found the perfect one. Afterwards he put them all back for me. When I got to check out, Kathleen, was unable to find the sku. She made a quick call to Lumber and had it in less than a minute. She was also very kind, apologetic for the wait, and asked if I needed assistance loading the board into my truck. Both employees were wonderful. Give them both a raise and let them know they are appreciated.

Great Store I love Home Depot they carry everything you could every want.

better then most homedepote stores I have been too, they actually had a discount isle for lumber. saved more then we spent and clerk was happy and allot of fun to deal with. Had several questions and clerks were happy to help us and would take us to where item was located.

I had great service from Selene in flooring department

I am always greeted by an associate when I walk in the door and asked if I need directions or help. I can always find an associate if I do need help finding something. The cashiers are friendly and efficient. I love the garden center department of my local Home Depot. The things I usually buy are always stocked and the plants available in Spring and Summer are always healthy. I've bought plants at other stores that died or had bugs, but never at Home Depot!

Both my husband and I have commented on numerous times, how nice it is to shop at the Rio Rancho HD. The associates are gracious. If one isn't sure about a a product or process, they take the time to find someone who can help. It's much more like a neighborhood hardware store, than a big box store. What a great group of people working there!

I drastically reduced my purchases at Home Depot because the user experience at my closest location, 2820 Coors NW is so unpleasant. Who knew that just few miles up the road there's a Home Depot that seems like it's from another solar system?! I've moved most my business to your major competitor despite the fact that I am tax exempt at the Depot and not at the other. I'll come back to the Depot now that I have this store available to me.

I found the store very well organized. I set out to find a coupling needed for my water heater at home. I had a good idea of what I needed. But wasn't sure. I ran into an associate and asked for assistance n he gladly walked back with me to the proper isle and immediately assisted me with the correct part I needed. I wish I could have gotten his name. I know he was doing his job, but this guy took his time walking with me and making sure I found everything I needed. Thank-you for your great service!
